Wonderful modern hotel located in the heart of historic Ft. Worth. Friendly service and beautiful views.

Front lobby was okay. As soon as we went to our room and got off the elevator the smell of **** and cigarettes we so intense throughout the hallway as we walked to our room. We could clearly hear others loud voices. Once we stepped inside our room it still smelled like cigarette smoke… I specifically asked for non-smoking. It was just a one night stay as we made our way to the gulf Shores however I didn’t even sleep! It felt so unsafe, I could hear every single noice, voice, music, footsteps, etc Will never stay here again and I don’t recommend.

I liked the convenience and close proximity to dining and shopping. The hotel bar & restaurant was nice. Did not like that the hotel breakfast ended at 10:00 in the morning, most patrons stay out late in the stockyards venue and tend to wake up later in the morning, missing out on the breakfast,, it would be nice if it went till 11:00 am.

We Loved it. Only complaints we where on the 4th floor which had a great view but the outside of the window was extremely dirty and the other thing was took water like 3 minutes or longer to get HOT. Everything else from the staff, breakfast, bed, location, etc was great. I would defiantly stay again....

Everything at this property was fantastic, except that they only service the room every 3rd day , so for us staying 3 days we missed out on getting our room cleaned. For the money spent it should of been a serviced room.

Rooms were not ready at the time of check-in. He explained that the night before they were booked and also shorthanded, and that it would be at least 2 hours before we could check-in. As I was asking if there was a place I could get ready as we had to be somewhere in an hour a young lady came around the wall and said"we are not offering any upgrades"! No one said anything about an upgrade, I just wanted a bathroom and a chair! She was not friendly at all. Thank goodness another gentleman stepped in, called house cleaning and they were just finishing up a double queen room for us!

1st floor public bathrooms had in flushed toilets-found in same condition the next day Beautiful pool but ice cold!!!! If Marriott is going to advertise a hotel having a pool then it should be available with adequate temperature for swimmers-otherwise the price should reflect the ice cold pool

I can’t say enough how incredibly kind and helpful the staff was. They engaged with all the guests and were quick to offer suggestions about places to go or eat. The location was great next to the stockyards. Rooms were clean and great size.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff within walking distance of Stockyards. Breakfast is sufficient with lots of choices. Parking is expensive, with a free parking across the street
