Ben Nevis Holiday Park

L'accueil était fermé à 17h. Nous avions un pneu crevé et besoin d'aide, personne ne répondait au téléphone, la boîte vocale était pleine. Notre emplacement était proche d'un bungalow occupé par des personnes ivres dès 18h qui hurlaient avec la musique les fenêtres et portes ouvertes. Mon fils de 9 ans en a pleuré au repas de devoir supporter les cris. Les sanitaires étaient sales le soir et dans le même état le matin...

Der wahrscheinlich sympathischste, freundlichste und sauberste Campingplatz auf dem ich je war. Moderne und saubere Toiletten und Duschräume. Es wird mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle möglichen Unternehmungen in dieser attraktiven Umgebung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. Ansonsten auch alles vorhanden. Das Einzige, was nicht ganz einwandfrei funktioniert hat war das freie WLAN, aber darauf kann ich beim Campen als erstes verzichten...war aber nur temporär...kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Camping très propre bien situé, très agréable. Sanitaires très propres. Vaste choix de type de camping. Petite rivière bien agréable au fond du camping. Personnel très sympathique. Possibilité d'acheter des câbles pour électricité. Restaurant à la sortie du camping

Great stay during Storm Amy. Reception staff helpful and polite. Even ventured out during the storm and asked if we wanted to move pitches due to the large trees. Needed levelling jacks for pitch 16, chickens on site are friendly, facilities on site are brilliant and clean: even have a laundrette. Views of Ben Nevis are lovely. Phone signal on site was good.

Lovely small holiday park within a very well kept setting Location is great on the northern fringes of fort William. Just off the road to the isles meaning places like glenfinnan and the beaches around morar are an easy drive without involving the traffic jams of Fort William

Excellent location for exploring the Nevis range. Beautiful views of Ben Nevis from the site. Walking distance to Fort William, which was a little disappointing. Loved the Highland Soap Company shop and cafe though, which is very close and also does factory tours. The campsite also has a cafe, but we didn’t have chance to try it out. The only downside of this site for me, as touring guests was the shower block. It only had 5, very small showers (one out of action the three days we were there) and no where to change or to blow dry your hair. They also shut for from 9-10 each day for a deep clean. This seemed like the worst time of day to do this. There also didn’t appear to be much, if any, cleaning in between. I appreciate we were there in August, so probably less queuing and cleaner at quieter times. Also, only 2 wash up sinks in a tiny space. I do feel for the size of the park, the facilities are far too small.
