Excelente local para se ficar , atendimento excepcional , quarto e cafe da manhã surpreenderam , a host é uma graça e nos atendeu como se fossemos os unicos. Um local para ficar e curtir . Bem localizado , a beira do lago e a poucos KM de varios pontos turisticos da região. ADORAMOS

This B&B was fantastic. Our room was so spacious. The breakfast room had a beautiful view of the loch. Hailey, the owner, was super cheerful and helpful. There is plenty of parking behind the house. It’s the perfect distance to walk to Fort William for dinner or a drink. We loved Ashburn House and would stay here again.

Arrived to find the previous owners had sold the guest house to another couple who though nice people hadn’t got a clue and from snippets of conversation I guessed this was their first attempt at running a guest house. The room was way below average practically no wardrobe space and the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was the same boring thing day after day badly prepared and clearly using cheap products. On arrival there was no welcome drink or shortbread as we had enjoyed on previous stays and having driven a couple of hundred miles would have been appreciated. No one offered to help my husband with luggage and as a blue badge holder I was very disappointed to see their family car parked in the disabled bay he conservatory was cold and the lighting didn’t work properly. We cut short our visit to the area and only stayed a couple of nights and were glad to leave. Owners definitely need training how to run a b&b and this one is advertised to be a luxury b&b & based on our previous stay with the previous owners a few years ago this new owner just hasn’t got what it takes and despite charging luxury b&b prices the hotel, staff food standards in fact everything falls short Can’t recommend and won’t Eve stay there again

This is a lovely B&B in a great location, within walking distance of the town. Hayley is a lovely hostess. I stayed in a single room with a loch view - the photos don't do this room justice - it's got a great view of the loch and is very well appointed. Breakfast is excellent - my favorites were the homemade overnight oats with fresh fruit and the crumpets with homemade jam. There are benches and picnic tables in front of and behind the house that are nice to use when the sun is shining.

Absolutely amazing guest house and couple. I booked the room for my partner as we do Scottish tours and although it was his first time staying it definitely won't be the last. He loved his stay here and the breakfast set him up for his day ahead. 100% recommend

Beautiful old home just outside the main town. Large rooms with updated washrooms, good quality towels, sheets, bath products. The hostess Hayley is lovely, and caters to your needs. The rooms are quiet and very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Ours overlooked the loch, others overlook the front gardens. Breakfast is continental, an excellent assortment, you will be full and happy.
