Today was enjoyable the facility was great and experience was amazing breakfast was not so decent

I like this hotel. They are going through some construction due to water damage back in December, but it’s still quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The breakfasts are delicious, too.

Very nice hotel and really worth to stay. Overall great deal!!

This property was the dirtiest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Hallway and room carpets are noticeably discolored. When I went to get coffee in the morning, there was a bucket of dirty mop water sitting right next to the coffee station and the mop handle was leaned up against the coffee urn where I had to move to pour coffee. The front desk obviously does not like it when guests book through a third party like *******. They put a $50 hold on my credit card because I booked through ******* which I’ve never had to do at a Hampton Inn. I asked if that was a corporate policy and the front desk person said she didn’t know. She said that if I had booked through the hotel they would not have put a hold on my credit card. It was obvious that they did not appreciate third party booking so I asked why they put rooms on *******, etc. and she said “good question.” Worst Hampton In experience I’ve ever had.

The pictures they show are laughable, it’s so dirty. Horrible location, right off 69 so if you’re a light sleeper you won’t sleep because cars are no joke racing at night and it’s loud. People leaving rocks in the doorway so the outside door won’t fully close and the staff gives no cares. I won’t even get into the room, enough said. Just do nottttt stay!

The night staff was very friendly. I needed a later check out and they gave me the run around. Saying they were not authorized to do that that when I check in to do it then. When I checked in they told me the same thing but the manager will have to. Manager was rude and told me absolutely not happening. The place is so out dated. Bathroom tub did not drain, carpet was pulling up that a tack ***** was showing. Vent in bathroom was growing dust bunny’s. Carpet was dirty. Very small elevator, and rooms. Will never return.

I have used the same location/hotel for years. Although I am not one for bad reviews/complaints….this location has gone downhill as far as a few things. The biggest issue besides cleanliness, was the pool. We booked for a NYE swim since they have always kept the pool open until midnight….the pool was so cold that their lips were turning blue. Not even lukewarm. No one was swimming for this very reason. There were also zero towels. ZERO. We had to go to the front desk both days to get towels. Again, I have always used this location…always have had a great experience. Hopefully the issues are resolved and something is done to get it back up to what it used to be.

Carpets looking worn and need replacement. Rooms were somewhat clean but full of builder issues. Rough patches on the ceilings and the walls in the bathroom. Cracked tiles in the shower, caulking peeling badly.
