We booked this hotel just for the indoor pool and spa and drove outta town for Chris**as and we couldn’t enjoy our stay . Me and my family were very disappointed and the web site should have stated things were not in working order before people and families make reservations.

Before making a reservation to this hotel,I called and asked was this hotel across from the beach. Well I get there and it is not there is a port there a marina I was taking my family on vacation to the beach not to a port Marina. Well with there being a beach there that's what I was told right across the street I booked the room when I got there I tried to get the booking off the clerk told me that I was the 7th person that had been lied to and he is not been able to fix anybody's bookings. I told them I wanted a refund and I could go somewhere else they told me they could not do that that I would have to pay the whole stay 576.88 if I left that day that I got there so I asked if I stay one night can you refund the other he said yes I paid $288 for one night & was charged 576.88. I had a brand new hat stolen by room service when I brought this up they acted like they couldn't find my hat. One of the worst staffs besides the Hampton Inn by Hilton on Okaloosa Island. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn never again if I have to worry about my belongings being stolen. If I was not up under so much time I would have just called the police. Very unprofessional Hotel

The hotel itself was clean staff was friendly. The problem We had was when I called the day before for confirmation We had asked if we arrived early would we be able to check in early because we drove 15hrs they said that would be ok. When we arrived they said no one should have told me that and unfortunately they didn't let us check in till 3 if they would have said that on the phone we never would have left early

Hotel was nice but waited nearly 30 min for staff to arrive and check us in

Very disappointed in checking in ask if early check in was ok because on line it said 3:30, but at the counter there was a sign 3:00pm and I still had to wait until 3:00because my room wasn’t ready and couldn’t use the pool because they was a family that took over the pool area adults drinking liquor loud music I went let the receptionist about the pool area and was told that they expected that because it’s a holiday and couldn’t do nothing about it Martin the check in clerk was not friendly or helpful I will not be going back

Good location, but bathroom needed repair and didn’t have a fan. The water pressure in the shower was the worst we’ve ever seen in a hotel.

The hotel room had an odor. There was a leak coming from under the refrigerator.. the bedroom sheets appeared to be reused and unwashed.

We came to Florida for a family event. Our room was comfortable and clean. No complaints 👍
