출장중 방문한 홀리데이인 호텔.. 매우 깔끔하고 진짜 잠자고 출장에는 최고의 가성비 호텔이 아닐까 싶습니다. 가족여행에도 좋을것같아요

The hotel & room were fine. But it was rented to us as a ‘suite,’ & it was nothing more than a regular room with a sofa bed thrown in. I would be embarrassed to offer it as a ‘suite.’ We’ll stick to Hampton Inn in the furture.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff very friendly. My only complaint is the extremely thin walls. We could hear the guy in the room next to us coughing. Then, his TV was SO loud, it sounded like it was in our room. Not good when it was 11pm and we had to get up at 5am for a long drive home.

I was here for a funeral and several of us were in the Holiday Inn Express. We gathered for breakfast and the breakfast personal kindly made us aware that the service would close soon if anyone wanted anything else. We stayed for at least another hour without being asked to leave. It allowed us a time and place to talk about our mother and sister.

This is one of our favorite hotels when traveling through the area. It is ALWAYS clean and the people are always smiling and friendly. The food is always warm and they have a variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone from business to family. I have stayed here with a large family as well as alone. I have also had over five occasions where our sports teams have booked large blocks of rooms and we have never encountered one issue! The rooms are always reasonably priced and as advertised.

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman who checked us in was SO polite and explained everything in detail. The lobby, hallways, and room were so clean and looked new. Free breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the walls seem thin and you can hear people in the next room a little too well. Otherwise, would def stay again. Customer service was superb!

We stayed here two nights and absolutely loved and enjoyed this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in the area.

The hotel location is very convenient. As soon as we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. Restaurants were close. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Fort Smith!
