The evening front desk reception is miserable, unwelcoming… the room that I stayed has a mold like smell and the bed really needs to be upgraded.

It's clean, quiet, cheap, good staff, comfortable rooms. Couple tears on the wallpaper and the water has to be hot enough to make tea with (which is actually nice if you'd like tea which I did and they had bags for) but other than that, it's a very high star hotel, especially for the price.

First room was incredibly hot but the front desk staff was fantastic. After being unable to drop the temperature in our room we were moved to another room. Second room was clean quiet and comfortable

I would recommend that grab bars be installed in all showers. I fell and slipped in the shower and the grab bar would have helped to stop my fall. Thank goodness I was not hurt , just bruised.

Good location for visiting Leduc, St Albert and UofA from one spot. Clean and comfortable, good staff and a good free Breakfast to start the day.
