Excelente servicio y atension del colectivo de empleados. Excepto en los dos desayunos ( sábado y domingo) escasearon los productos y cuando se dirigían a los empleados estos demoraban en reponerlos y con mal carácter.

We arrived late after 10 pm and the TV was so dark could not see the picture. My husband went down and asked if they could fix it and they said no one was there to repair it or take a look. We said that was fine but was disappointed and they could take a look at it the next day when we left in the morning. We arrived back again late that night and the TV was still not repaired after have all day!! Was upset since they had 8 hours to get it fixed. My husband went back down and they called the maintenance man when asked if he repaired the TV he said why and the front desk person explained that my husband had a video and the TV looked exactly the same as it did last night. He said that he repaired it and it was fine. The manager gave us a credit for two nights, which was great now I have only a partial refund which is being credited. This is a place we stay all the time and have never had a problem until now.

All staff were exceptionally helpful polite and professional I especially would like to give a shout out to Nancy the front desk receptionist. Very very helpful

Award winning staff! Everyone on the staff treated us like we were guests in their personal house. Even the maintenance man, the women taking care of the breakfast, housekeeping, & the front desk staff made us feel at home. We generally stay at Hampton Inn‘s, however this was the best. This is no exaggeration!

The parking lot was closed off for they painted the parking lot and let it dry all weekend long inconveniencing those with trailers. I had to back completely through the parking lot to the back of the parking lot to park
