福特邁爾斯堡Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Fort Myers)

DO NOT BOOK!!! I am a Marriott Employee, and I always book through the Bonvoy App. I cancelled well within the 48 hours, and I was still charged for the trip. Phil A (if that is his name, the AGM) would not refund my money, and said I lied about my booking! I would NEVER book pre-pay! I am going to tell everyone to never stay here, book here, and corporate needs to know what kind of rude AGM they have working for them. I told him if I was going to be charged anyway, we would stay there, and cancel our other reservation. He said I would have to pay again!!! What kind of way is that to treat another Marriott employee or anyone for that matter?

The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean nad had enough space. The location is great where things are only just a few miles away. it is next to a seven elleven and near supermarkets. They do provide eveything that you need for a long stay

The small entrance had people smoking the room was ok. The bed uncomfortable, the a/c noisy and people talking loud on the hallways afyer10

Hotel is in need of a complete overhaul. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke. Mold in bathroom, Rusted closet doors, stained carpets and dirty bath towels. Received an email less than 24 hours before check in about some construction going on when room modifications and cancellation had expired. When I arrived they said they would allow me to cancel without penalty …at that point I did not have time to look for a new hotel. I would not stay here again.

Water piping needs to be worked on- little moldy. But everything else about the stay was nice. I would stay again.

The people at the hotel we’re very friendly and very accommodating, went well above and beyond

THE PRICE! Good breakfast included. Clean. Convenient. Mostly business class.

Great room - very clean room and property - excellent breakfast. Would gladly stay there again.

The staff were super friendly!! The room was clean and quiet.
