Wonderful new facility and friendly helpful staff. A few design and comfort quirks but overall very well thought out and logical from arrival to checkout. Food is great at all venues, great drinks and prompt service. Music

The property is brand new and is a beautiful resort. Liked the fact it was walkable to the ocean, restaurants and bars. However, I know a lot of places do this but paying a resort fee and valet parking when you are already paying over $400 a night just seems ridiculous. Would rather just have an all inclusive price for the stay

Great place to stay. A**osphere was fantastic! Area surrounding has limited options for shopping and dining due to hurricane. Valet parking is mandatory and $37/day plus tipping. That is on top of the 30/day resort fee. That was not disclosed on ******* to my knowledge and I was a little surprised. There are no other options for parking at this hotel.

We loved our second stay with this resort. the only thing we would change is how late they play music and our room was next to the pool where it was load enough to keep us awake

Thought the resort was nice but not worth $500 per night plus a $30 a day resort fee and $35 a night valet parking fee. Will not stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL RESORT!!! Love, Love, Love this location and everything you might need or want to do is right there! I cannot wait to go back! Staff was OUTSTANDING!

Resort is new and they did a great job. It’s a large resort but still feels intimate. Great pool and restaurants-bars. Outside the resort Ft Myers is still recovering and there is. Ot much open.

Wonderful weekend stay!! Very clean and excellent service throughout the resort. The pool was fantastic! Loved the security and the fact that they want to keep the pool area safe and nice for the paying guests.The bartenders at the pool bar were exceptional. Frankie, Heather, Shawna and Gwen provided excellent customer service. The only thing I would recommend is to request a room with an ocean view. We were on the street side closest to the bridge and could hear the traffic and it was just noisy. Not the best view to sit on the balcony.We were in room 305 if that helps. King size room was nice size. Huge bathroom plenty of towels small refrigerator. Thank you for a great stay!

New facility - clean rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Poorly designed layout for check-in and parking. Check in should be at the lowest level where guests are required to first come into the facility. There is no signage to direct new guests on what is happening that they need to proceed to the second floor. There is plenty of space to provide a check in desk and then on floor number two where they have check in they should put a bar for that large area when inclement weather roll in. The restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch the food is like eating at the airport - not good at all. Very low quality for the price of meals. The dinner restaurant up above is fantastic but pricey. The rooms are very nice and clean. They’re new but overall at $400 a night - it is not worth the stay. There are more reasonably priced hotels with fantastic views and food options nearby that you’ll get a much better deal at half the cost. You’re only paying for the Margaritaville name if staying here.
