Hade a couple of issues but hotel made it right and took care of the issues.

GalleryOne offers added safety as most upscale hotels offer, card access to your floor, valet parking only, concierge service, recognition that I was a Diamond Member, and attentive staff which is always a must. The hotel was spotless, and my suite was a dream - home away from home. Hilton Hotels is a brand that I trust, and they value me as a patron.

Used to be a good hotel. Have been staying there for more than 10 years. No more! Now, it is way below acceptable. Only strong point is location. Poor service - no authomatic housekeeping, you need to demand and be lucky to get it. Front desk unprepared and incompetent. Parking is a fortune and room conditions are close to camping - bathroom floods everytime you shower. Needs a complete revamping and definetly new management.

Nice newer hotel with 3 deficiencies: 1. Too far from beach 2. Noisy-near a drawbridge on Sunrise Blvd which has a metal deck that is very noisy day and night 3 hotel does not enforce no smoking policy as suite clearly had prior smokers and we smelled smoke in the hall also

Check in was suppose to be 4, didn’t get to our room til 5:30, charged 50 for parking per night, ridiculous, after checking in our heat didn’t work, called front desk and nobody came to look at it, stopped by front desk while leaving g for dinner and requested fir the second time to have somebody look at our heater, came back from a late dinner and heater still didn’t work, called front desk for the third time and they sent someone to look at it and he said the units don’t have heat because we are in Florida, he had no idea

It is a beautiful property but the photos were deceiving regarding the location as we though it was closer to the beach and should have read up on it more. All in all, it is a very nice hotel but you have to walk a fair distance for dining options and we found there was not much information at the hotel for things to do.

Ive been here many times. Here is the negative, the parking is too expensive and there should be an option for self park. The pots, pans and such need to be better equipped, although what was there was suitable, but suitable isn’t an acceptable standard when you consider the price to stay here. The air conditioning did not work, I requested that it be fixed, which it was after two requests. The engineer had to take off the large vent panel off and flip some sort of master switch to turn it on, and when it got cold, it would not turn off and the card readers in the elevators need to be replaced or serviced. Now the positive. The employees were attentive overall. I got regular text messages from management and staff, the room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The bartenders, carmelo and the other older guy with the mustache, I always forget his name are awesome every time I go there. I will say that the stay, overall was very good and comfortable and I will stay again and I will recommend it to someone if asked as I am asked about places to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area since I have been vacationing here since 2011 and have stayed in many different places in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.

We had a lot of problems with the room. The toilet did not work, they fixed it but later the same day it was the same problem. We booked for four person but when we came in to the room it was only tree towels, three coffee pads, when they refilled never more then three. Bad equipment, only two coffee cups in the room. No hairdryer and they could not help us with that.

Pretty sad when you see everyone complaining to the front counter, very irate customers. The water taxi could not let us off at that stop due to big boats taking up the water way so we were forced to uber it back to the hotel. I left my knapsack the first day in storage and a bag of new billabong shirts for my husband for our cruise were stolen. i had just looked at them 10 minutes before storing them, not secure at all so out $200.00 and had to go shopping for new shirts last minute. We canceled our return trip after the cruise and stayed somewhere else. This hotel is in need of major renovations and friendly front counter staff.
