**** you I tried to add someone to my reservation at the day told me to do it like that and got played I would never book from this site again very unprofessional keep saying something about a third-party

The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and nothing out of expectation happened during my 1-night stay. One thing I would like to compliment Best Western is that their shuttle service to the Fort-Lauderdale International Airport runs 24 hours while many other hotels in the area run their first daily shuttle at 5 am. The only thing I needed to do was to make an appoin**ent for the pick-up time at the entrance.

This place is great and the front desk guy was awesome! The young kid with the short dreads!!!! Breakfast was great! Very welcoming place!

Stayed here for 1 night pre cruise. Very very outdated. Desperately needing renovation. Not worth the expensive nightly rate. Every time we turned on the washroom light, it made the loudest noise. It was LOUD!!! I tried to be nice to the front desk receptionist but to no avail. She was not very friendly and very cold. It's not that she was brash or rude. She was just not friendly or approachable or easy to talk to. Definitely needs a customer service orientation. The room looked to be clean. However the bed was hard and lumpy. Breakfast included is very mediocre. McDonald's is just across the hotel driveway. I don't think we're going to stay at this hotel again. Not worth the high nightly rate. Not even close.

I am disgusted at this hotel. I checked in around 6 pm after my flight was changed due to numerous delays. After settling in, I went to charge my phone by the bed when I noticed a small red/brown bug that to me appeared to be a small roach. I asked the front desk if I could be moved to another room to which she said they were completely booked. She offered to come clean my desk as they don’t have bug spray. After she did, it came back and I decided to leave, as if there is one bug that probably means there is more. I was only there for about 3 hours and I demanded a refund which she said there was nothing that could be done at the time since her manager was not there and would not be until 10 am the next morning. I think that is ridiculous and there should be some type of emergency contact for certain situations, so that things can be resolved in a timely matter. My concern should’ve been a priority, I tried to make a call to the manager at approximately 11 am and got no response. There was no communication or no follow up from the manager so they clearly don’t care about their customers. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated, I will never book a Best Western EVER again. This was the worst trip I have ever been on.

achamos nossa estadia bem ok. o quarto é amplo, tem todas as necessidades atendidadas. achamos o carpete (que sempre tem nos EUA) com cheiro um pouco desagradavel e o quarto era muito barulhento, atrapalhando nosso descanso. O barulho vinha do elevador e do quarto ao lado (coisa que o hotel não tem muito o que fazer para resolver)
