英寸飯店(Inch Hotel)

The staff are very helpful. Check in process is very fast. Have a good view on Loch Ness. Breakfast is very good. Have a wonderful holiday for the trip.

Great view of Loch Ness. Hotel has huge potential but let down by lack of investment and indifferent food offerings. The four poster suite is the best in the hotel, but looking tired: electric cabling under the bed, peeling paint and tatty old furniture. The lounge area is the best part of this hotel. The service is very friendly.

Hôtel très "old fashion" car ancien pavillon de chasse. Personnel efficace et agréable. Chambre spacieuse. Vue sur le lac pour certaines.

The hotel seems to be very old. That’s no bad thing. Located a mile or so outside the town it is not really practical to walk in as there are no pavements. The room was huge but on the side of the hotel so sadly I didn’t get a view of the hills. The bed was also huge but clearly two pushed together as there was a distinct divide. The bathroom was a good size but the toilet didn’t work. When I mentioned it I was told that I could use a toilet in another room - hardly practical. I did consider moving but the other room smelt badly of cigarette smoke so I didn’t bother and used the Himalayan method! I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food.

Why oh why is it insisted that the hotel app must be downloaded to check in. I refused and felt cross and unwelcome. It transpired later that menus were only available on the app and paper copies had to be searched for eventually handed the children’s by mistake!! Food was awful service worse and expensive barely edible! Don’t go!!

The room was very comfy. Staff very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and receptionist let me use his. Also helped direct me to my bus pick up in the morning for the marathon.
