品質套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites)

The towels in the room had stains on them. The carpet was nasty. Only reason we didn’t leave is because it was just too far to drive home last night. I will never stay there again.

Was ok very small rooms was candy on the floor only had breakfast ready o e out of three mornings

Stayed from Tuesday until Friday. Room was never cleaned and I had to locate housekeeping to get clean towels!

About 25 miles to Pikeville where all rooms were booked — but this was pleasant and I may just stay here when I return to Pikeville!

Every time we wanted the attendant to the motel, they were outside smoking and we would have to fetch them.

Our room did not get cleaned, we weren't offered clean towels, shampoo(considering the bottles of shampoo and conditioner are only enough to shampoo half of your head) or conditioner. Our trash wasnt removed and our beds were t made. Breakfast was great though!!

The room was missing a chest of drawers. Thr carpet needed vacuuming. The toilet paper was surplus from the Soviet Union. Breakfast was lacking, ran out of coffee, milk, syrup for the waffles. The eggs were gone by 9. The gravy was watery and the biscuits were harder than a stone. I mistakenly booker this hotel. I meant to spend the night at Comfort Suites next door. Hate this hotel....

Room was great but the exterior of the property really hurts it almost didnt go in due to the look of the outside

An older hotel but everything was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed comfy. Breakfast simple but plenty to eat. Asked if they had ketchup since there was none on the buffet. Manager said sorry they didn’t, which was no problem. He then went and got some from the staff lounge! So nice of him!
