Unfriendly at best, they were checking in another customer when I walked in. After they were done with him I was told to wait and then she got on a call and then she said she called me up but I was behind a plexi glass so I didn’t hear so she made no effort to let me know she was ready for me, just got on another call and stated talking to another staff member. Finally when I looked up and still didn’t see her motion me to check in I took a seat at which point she advised me she had made an attempt to call me over and other guests can always hear her… from behind a plexi glass and 10 feet away. Ok….then I called for the shuttle in the morning and when I asked for the 10 am was told I needed to be there 10 mins before then I asked for the 9:30 instead at which point He put the phone down and stated checking in a another customer while I was just waiting. Finally gave up, hung up and called an Uber. What a joke.
