As casas atlantidas são um nojo, não tem limpeza, faz frio dentro das casas tal e qual como se tivéssemos a dormir na rua, os funcionários parecem mendigos sempre com a mesma roupa, mobílias velhas, cama de solteiro nas salas a fazer de sofá, banheiros sem condições e com muito cheiro a fossas, beiradas das casas podres e a cair, qualquer dia pode matar algum cliente, portas amarradas com cordas, muitos insectos e muito lixo que cai do teto em dias de muito mau tempo, estamos a dormir e a levar com o lixo. Sei disso tudo e tenho provas porque trabalhei lá, o patrão nunca quis fazer melhorias, e despediu me sem justa causa e ficou a dever me 970€. As casas principalmente a grande, ao dinheiro que cobra por noite, mete nojo de sujas que estão, e o dono não quer pintar porque as paredes são de gesso que está podre e a cair, cobra 25€ por pessoa a entrada se for reserva através do booking, porque é a taxa que o Anthony dono das casas tem que pagar ao booking e cobra depois aos clientes como taxa de limpeza, sendo que não há limpeza alguma a não ser quando os clientes saiem para entrar outros.

The cab driver who dropped us off winced when we told him where we were staying and said “That place is terrible, I can’t believe they get away with it!” We can’t either! As noted on countless other reviews across several platforms, Casa Atlantida offers a wildly overpriced basic room that is hot and stuffy and full of cockroaches and ants. When we contacted the local caretaker we were told that this is “normal” although we have spent 2 weeks traveling around the Azores and have not seen this version of “normal” elsewhere. The building is also next to a public picnic area that has large, loud gatherings late into the evening so it doesn’t seem private or quiet. As noted elsewhere, the curtains are all sheer, so you can see everything inside all of the units. When we arrived we saw our fully naked neighbor, just trying to enjoy his vacation inside what he assumed was a private room, but actually everyone can see right through the curtains from the outside, in the evening. On top of all of this, they have the gall to charge 25 Euros PER PERSON upon arrival as a fee, although no one could explain what the fee is for. Was is for the giant dead cockroach in the middle of our kitchen? For the hot, airless room that you will toss and turn in? Please take our advice and stay anywhere but Casa Atlantida!

Is a CAZA with a very poor level of maintenance. Water intrusion, walls are not impervious to moisture, difficulty in heating the water for 2 existing showers in the same casa and this is not due to improper use, repeated requests to repair during the stay of a creaking door with unpleasant noise and there was a feeling we should hold A close maintenance man, apart from the fact that we waited for one case to be renovated until the rest of our family arrived.
