此行意大利，佛羅倫薩這個酒店是最最滿意的，性價比高，服務好環境好，房間美又大；地段無敵好，對面就是LV和Cadier，步行6分鐘到達聖母百花大教堂，步行15分鐘到達烏菲茲美術館。步行五分鐘有佛羅倫薩最好吃的湘菜館叫“巴師傅”。房間每天都會來打掃兩次換毛巾，我們住了三晚，每天如此，每晚來鋪夜床。如果説唯一美中不足的可能是早餐沒有太符合我們的口味，但這個不重要早餐可以選擇出門咖啡店吃。圖中都是我拍的酒店照片，不得不提的是，房間的花都是鮮花…

Очень хороший отель! Удобное месторасположение, все продумано до мелочей, отель-музей. Место для завтраков просто восхитительно. Один из лучших отелей в которых побывал.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Right in the heart of Florence, a 5 minute walk from Il Duomo, 2 minutes from Piazza Della Reppublica, it is the perfect location for a Fiorentine Holiday!
5 star service all around, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were able to suggest restaurants and make reservations for us, as we were a bigger group. They even remembered us by name!
The rooms are clean and beautiful, with wonderful amenities.
Turn down service is offered, with chocolates on your pillow.
10/10 would recommend!

a beautiful hotel in the center of Florence. The hotel's staff is super polite and helpful! the rooms a cleaned twice a day and they always leave a night pillow and a treat. additionally, there is complimentary water bottles for still & sparkling water!
A negative point that I would like to emphasize is the breakfast, it's very dissapointing!!! The hotel's breakfast is not appropriate for a 5star hotel!!! An example is, the option for eggs is only scrambled and they have 2 fruits cut per day.

The property is very nice and they dont skimp out on anything. They give you plenty of water, great care to any amenities you may need like qtips, lotion, towels, etc. Very impressed with this property. Out room upgrade was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much!!! We loved every moment of being there and wished we could have stayed longer. The spa was amazing!! Beautiful property!!

Perfect location for all the key sight seeing, right next to the cathedrals, museum and galleries. Beautiful hotel, fantastic food, really lovely staff and service. Spa is amazing and just needed after walking around in beautiful Florence.
