安蒂科中心套房飯店(Antico Centro Suite)

位置真的很好。樓也比較新，不是老樓，所以還好。 然而…服務真的很令人失望。首先這裡沒有前台，而且是在很遠的另一棟樓，所以要到Duomo去check in。連宿舍長這樣的人只有一個人…… 夏末空調出問題了，但現在是冬天，所以是一個問題，我淡定地過去了。值得蓋一蓋，但我很失望，暖氣沒有固定好，也沒有搬到可以使用的房間。 最大的問題是毛巾！歐洲之行，毛巾從來沒出過問題，但在這裡我不敢相信，我把毛巾放在墊子上，但再把毛巾掛在地板上又有什麼用呢？ ？而且住3天的人連毛巾都沒有加滿，所以第二天，他們用英文和意大利西班牙文寫了“新毛巾”，所以他們把小毛巾加滿，留下大毛巾。你給嗎？ 如果你只是經歷過其中的一種，你會這麼認為，但省毛巾、不用人、接受無人汽車旅館級服務的感覺真的很好。如果你看到這個，請找一個更好的酒店

Everything would be excellent if air conditioner would be working properly, better communication between property management and us. Room was clean but only one body wash and shampoo was provided as well as one towel per person. If you don’t throw towel on the floor, they won’t change it even if it’s wet. Location was perfect

Do not stay at this property if you like ac. Air conditioner stopped working on day 3 we we literally suffocating and had to open the windows welcoming all mosquitoes in the universe for lunch. Also i forgot to mention the check in location and stay location are in 2 different addresses. When i got to the hotel a nice add on the door told me to go to a 2nd location so that will be so fun rolling your heavy suitcases up the hills and stairs. Un top of everything the location was closed although it was only 1 in the afternoon. I was tired, hot , out of breath and stuck. Thank God for an Italian gentleman who was able to call the property and get me the correct address for check in. After i arrived there the concierge didn’t apologized and was genuinely annoyed that i was upset that i had to run around between 3 different addresses. So no i don't recommend at all.

Bien en general, pero fallas en cuestiones básicas para un hotel. Ubicación excelente. Sra del servicio muy amable.

Super zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem waren die Zimmer schon eingerichtet und alles was notwendig war verfügbar.

Buena atención y recepción, con amabilidad las instalaciones buenísimas y muy cercanas a muchas atracciones turísticas

Vi ankom med bil og da receptionen ligger et stykke fra selve suiten, så skulle man først hente nøglen fra receptionen og derefter køre hen foran suiten, holde ulovligt og tømme bagagen for derefter at køre 15min hen til garagen som koster €30. Derfra tager det 5min at gå hen til værelset. Det er altså noget besværligt. Bagagen skulle så op til 4. sal, hvilket er ok da der er en elevator, men vi fik så værelset op under loftet, som krævede ekstra 20 trin op kun trapper. Fik at vide det var få trin. Skuffende, når man kommer med en hel del bagage. Der var en del larm fra rundt omkring i det værelse. God lokation.
