公園宮殿飯店(Park Palace Hotel)

I had the most amazing wedding in the garden of park palace. We are so great full for the wonderful staff and owner of Park Palace hotel. You gave us the wedding of our dreams and made your hotel feel like home. We will be back soon. Carola&Anders

Accueil irréprochable, personnel aux petits ognons. Nous avons eu l’excellente surprise d’être upgrade en suite junior. Chambre spacieuse, très douillette, décorée avec charme, la salle de bain tout de marbre vêtue est également grande et lumineuse. Le cadre est idyllique, situé idéalement à 20mn à pied du Ponte Vecchio, en pleine campagne Toscane. Merci infiniment !

Management en coördinatie/communicatie door/in hotel uitermate slecht. Ondanks eerdere bevestiging van boeking (op de avond voor vertrek), werd midden tijdens heenreis/aankomst mede gedeeld dat we twee nachten eerder (dan geboekt) moesten uitchecken vanwege (over)bezetting/boeking van kamers. Veroorzaakt door hotel zelf. Het vervangende hotel waarnaar werd doorverwezen (voor die twee nachten) voldeed in geen enkel opzicht aan de beloofde kwaliteit/standaarden, Kortom: misleiding en leugens. Advies: boek hier nooit. Je bent blijkbaar nooit zeker van hetgeen je via internet en mails is toegezegd. Eenmaal ter plekke sta je machteloos t.o.v. de grillen en keuzes van het hotel. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee.....

Abbiamo appena lasciato l’albero stanze abbastanza pulite e spaziose..La cosa che ci ha maggiormente deluso è la colazione imbarazzante misera da 2 stelle e aver scoperto al momento del pagamento che il prezzo si riferiva ad una notte invece che dove come ci avevano detto.Lo sconsigliavo vivamente per rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel con stanze ampie e letti comodi, colazione misera e povera di cibo dolce, la delusione più grande è stata alla richiesta di informazioni, ci è stato detto che il prezzo sarebbe stato di due notti invece si è rivelato per una sola. Impossibile non aver capito la domanda perché l'avevamo ripetuta numerevoli volte.

Hotel sopra piazzale Michelangelo a pochi minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio. Situato nel consolato svizzero, ha un bel giardino con piscina. Stanze ampie ma con alcuni componenti da rinnovare o manutenere. Personale professionale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Colazione di tipo continentale completa e abbondante. Ottima location per visitare Firenze ma non impeccabile nelle camere

I travel a lot, this was my worst hotel stay ever. I never felt so not welcome, not taken seriously, not taken care of. I was treated arrogantly to the max. I came for 3 nights, for work. I arrived very early on Sunday, I had to get up at 3 AM. Therefore I had asked in my mail while booking for an early check in. The hotel would do their best. So NO. It was only around 2.30 PM I got my room. A room with direct acces to the income of the driveway of the hotel. Impossible to open a window or blinds, or curtains, unless everybody would see you. I refused the room. Then I got a very tiny little room with a very very small window. Like a prison cell. Not possible to have another room , I was even willing to pay more. No other rooms available. It was only later that night when I was having dinner I saw there was still plenty of availability … And at cheaper prices then my booking directly. When I came back that night, no wifi in the room … I still had to work for a couple of hours. I went to the reception to complain. There I was treated so arrogantly you cannot believe .. I asked to speak to the manager: impossible because she was on holiday and only back on Tuesday. I wrote an e-mail to the manager. After almost 1 week she still has not answered me … Nobody in charge while the manager was on holiday. Not possible to change to a room with wifi Although still plenty of availability. On my last night … no water in the room .. This problem was fixed within 15 minutes. When I checked out on Wednesday morning 6.45 AM , I was treated like a piece of dirt by the lady at the reception. I was is complete shock. Never Ever I will return here. Don’t book this place unless you just don’t care …

Storia di fasti andati. La colazione imbarazzante (nemmeno in un hotel a 2 stelle ne ho trovate di simili) in una stanza con tendaggi polverosi e decine di teste di animali imbalsamati. Mah!!! Stanza nella dependance spaziosa e pulita, con vista sullo scheletro di una casa in costruzione abbandonata. Nota davvero positiva il personale della reception molto cortese.

We stayed there on business and will definitely book this unique property for our vacation in the near future. The attentiveness of the staff is exemplary.
