本來訂的是Junior Suite，並且也在攜程上給酒店留言想要那間紅色的房間，但到店以後那間紅色的還是給別人住了，酒店的前台工作人員表示沒有收到我的留言，所以想住那間紅色房間的友友還是得打電話到酒店確認。
和酒店溝通以後加了100歐住的royal suite。房間非常大，窗外正正的對着大教堂，卧室和客廳都有壁畫。這個酒店位置非常好，就在大教堂旁邊，基本上大部分的景點都可以走路去了。
服務也不錯。但是設施整體就一般，早餐也不太豐盛。晚上回酒店要拿鑰匙司機開樓下大門，體驗下就好了

酒店非常古老漂亮，早餐很豐盛，還有提供水和茶歇。出了酒店門就是聖母百花大教堂，這麼少的位置有停車場是真的很方便。晚上很安靜，隔音很好

給了我們一個不好的Suit在酒店最裡麪的位置，房間大，但是空盪盪。門口掛的公爵夫人是冒着綠光，特別瘮人。和酒店提出交涉降級住小房間遭到拒接，Reception説使用過廁所的話換房間要給100U（等於是拒絕要求）這個酒店真的太久了，大家千萬不要住第九間。嚇得一晚上沒睡好。

5 star service, food, room, location! The wonderful owner and staff at Palazzo Niccolini made our stay in Florence memorable. From before check in to after check out, every detail was thought of and mastered. They were so helpful and welcoming.

We only had one night in Florence but we were very happy with our stay. They arranged a private walking tour of Florence for us with an awesome guide & we really loved that and appreciated their help. They allowed us to check in early, gave us the room we requested, and arranged our car service. Location was excellent & room was very clean on top of being huge & having gorgeous frescoes on the walls. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time. Highly recommend!

It was in such a handy place to many of other sites, our room looked straight to the Duomo, I think her name was Alana, she was lovely and very helpful. Their breakfasts were great also. An old building, 400 year’s old but kept in great condition

My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Niccolini during a three-week tour of Italy. This beautiful historic hotel has a rich history dating back to the 16th century. It was a treat to stay in such a one-of-a-kind property. Our ceiling had a unique fresco and chandelier, which made it feel like you were staying at the Uffizi Gallery. Our room was beautifully appointed with 18th-century furniture, a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub, and stunning views of the Duomo. The daily breakfast was well done and served in a lovely salon. The staff was kind and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. The front desk staff were helpful, although they left by 9 pm and seemed to get easily frazzled. The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room the first night, which made sleeping impossible. However, the front desk addressed it right away the following day. We recommend the Palazzo Niccolini for your next stay in Florence.
