Excellent hotel

Camera bella e pulita. La colazione era completa e non mancava nulla: per un 2 stelle è di ottima qualità e ben fornita, sia di dolce che di salato. Il personale è molto cordiale. L’unica pecca è il bagno, piuttosto piccolo, con il WC troppo vicino alla doccia, il che riduce lo spazio disponibile. Inoltre, le pareti sono molto sottili e la sera si sentivano chiaramente le voci provenienti dalle scale, dando l’impressione di una festa.

對所提供的服務進行欺騙。 在Booking上預訂一間帶私人浴室的三人房。抵達後，三人房的浴室位於走廊盡頭。酒店根本沒有指出這一不便，也不想透過為我們提供與我們的預訂相對應的住宿來解決這個問題。飯店或 Booking 沒有提供任何補償（儘管進行了 45 分鐘的電話溝通）。這個意見是我們爭論的唯一手段。 更不用說雨水穿過木製品並沿著牆壁流下來了。 酒店絕對要避免其不誠實和不誠實。

In my last 2 decades of traveling, this is probably the worst hotel I have visited. I got there at 7pm on a Thursday, no one was at the desk, and the gate was lock. No lobby. No place to leave your luggage. You are basically on the sidewalk. Apparently, I missed the email where they notified me that I needed to walk a block away to check in in a different hotel. After many flights of stairs in a different hotel and knocking in any doors I could find, I finally found someone who called a hotel staff to the location (took 2 hours). He came over and led me to a room with a row of beds that smelled terrible and was 90o degrees. We attempted to plug something in a wall and got buzzed. Lights went out. Candidly, it didn't feel safe. We lasted about 10 minutes in the room and decided to leave for another hotel.
