Lovely historic boutique hotel , staff very friendly and always willing to help , the hotel is situated within walking distance of all attractions , the superior room we had was large and immaculately clean , the little touches added to our stay fruit and sweet treat on arrival and a gift from the owner in the room !! Overall a very enjoyable stay

Bel hôtel qui a un charme c est certain. Le lieu on prend le petit déjeuner est agréable Les chambres sont par contre vétustes et bruyantes ( selon les voisins) , c est très mal insonorisé. L hôtel est très bien situé, à qqs mn de la gare, de santa Maria novella, du centre. Ca c est positif. Le personnel.pour la plupart sont très sympathiques et d' excellents conseils. Juste déçue des chambres vétustes un peu limites pour ma part.

Our experience at the hotel was simply amazing. The hotel is a preserved palazzo, and the decoration is beautiful. The location is great, we managed to go to all main touristic attractions by foot. Our room was very comfortable and with a lot of space, not to mention the amazing view that we had of Santa Maria Novella! Also, special thanks to the staff, everyone was very kind and helpful, and we met a fellow Brazilian among the staff, that was super welcoming!

Mix perfetto tra location e servizio. A due passi dalla stazione e nel pieno centro di Firenze. Ottima camera, Colazione di qualità, personale attento e premuroso. Un hotel di alto livello, raffinato ed elegante. Torneremo sicuramente, un soggiorno speciale!

Excellent hotel!!! Just a couple of minutes walk from all the action downtown , this place is outstanding for price/value. Set in a luxurious typical Italian style, room was gorgeous, spacious, super clean and very comfortable . Breakfast was included and Omg was it was amazing! The staff goes out of their way to make sure that we have the greatest experience. We even had an early check in upon our arrival and the were able to leave our luggage there for thé on our departure ! I strongly recommend!

This is a small boutique hotel that is super quaint, with clean safe rooms, excellent breakfast and a superior staff. The Team at the front desk helped us make excellent dinner reservations. They helped us plan our exploration of Florence and even lent us a convertor for the electric plug when we left ours on the train. Joyce and the staff here have made our quick 3 days and two nights in Florence memorable and very pleasant. The location of this hotel is awesome if you are arriving by train and plan on walking to the main attractions in Florence. There are only 3 floors and the elevator is a bit small, but the stairs are convenient and easily negotiated for those willing to get some extra steps in. We will definitely be back and really appreciate the outgoing staff at the Palazzo Dal Borgo
