莫納麗薩飯店(Hotel Monna Lisa)

Albergo a 4 stelle in centro. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi le principali mete. Pro: villa storica, personale gentile e disponibile, camere pulite con materassi comodissimi. Colazione con buona scelta di dolce e salato ma, in un 4 stelle, mettere tra le bevande extra addirittura il caffè ginseng o la spremuta….. Contro: i bagni, puliti ma bisognosi di ristrutturazione. Comunque un buon punto d’appoggio in centro città.

I absolutely loved our time at Hotel Monna Lisa while visiting our son who is studying abroad in Florence. We actually broke up our stay at the hotel by staying 2 nights and then visited Lake Como for the weekend. We then returned back to the hotel for 2 more nights. I am so happy we did, it was like coming home after our stay in Lake Como. We had a triple room that was actually 2 levels with 2 bathrooms. It was perfect and extremely quiet. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the garden area. I spent every afternoon relaxing in the garden after long days of sightseeing and walking! Breakfast was fantastic, and there was even turn down service each night which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk was so helpful both before and during our stay giving us restaurant recommendations, directions, and calling taxis, always with a smile. I absolutely loved the vibe of this hotel and all it's charm. Hotel Monna Lisa was exactly what I had hoped for while visiting Florence. I HIGHLY recommend.

Emplacement ideal dans un ecrin de calme. Le duomo est à moins de 10 min . L' hotel est pourvu d un magnifique jardin au calme qui est tres agréable. Le petit dejeuner est bien fourni et de qualite. Mention spéciale pour le personnel d une tres grande gentillesse et tres serviable (mention tres speciale pour le barman qui est exceptionnel) .Sejour enchanteur.

Struttura molto bella in palazzo antico a pochi passi dal duomo. Staff gentile e professionale che offre consigli su posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Super consigliato per la posizione fantastica, ovviamente non economico ma all’altezza delle sue 4 stelle.

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the garden was expansive and a wonderful place to relax with a drink in the evening. Ambience was of a stately home rather than hotel. Very extensive buffet breakfast available. Hotel located near the Duomo and we walked to all of the tourist attractions. Only time we used a taxi was from train station when we arrived and to the airport for departure. All staff at the front desk, breakfast, and bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The triple room we booked for $508 is located between the breakfast rooms on the first floor, which is rather weird. The rooms are old and dark and require lights to be on 24/7, like living in a basement. The windows were difficult to close once opened, so we were afraid to open them. There is a beautiful garden in the picture of the hotel, I chose this hotel because of the garden, and ended up staying in a dark room. The breakfast at the hotel was good and put us in a better mood.
