羅伊爾別墅(Villa Royal)

Wszystko w porządku, pokój jedynie był bardzo ciemny, ale oferowano dużo udogodnień.

This is a lovely place to stay, a short walk to the sights of historic Florence but away from the tourist crowds and traffic. Well-equipped, luxurious room with modern bath and very comfortable bed. A very good standard European breakfast offer with a decent espresso machine. The staff here go out of their way to be helpful.

Hotel was down town in a nice area walkable to all attractions, convenience store two doors down, had a nice outdoor pool that was always locked up, had to ask the front seat to open it up, people like to sit around pools even if they don’t want to go in. Don’t book a low grade room, you get what you pay for, I had to pay to upgrade my room.

Ett bra hotell som ligger ok avstånd från citykärnan. Man går på 10 minuter. Väldigt skönt med poolen, som är fräsch och har föredömligt svalt vatten (ibland har ju pooler lite för varmt vatten på sommaren). Dock lite tidig stängningstid för poolen som är 19.00. Borde kunna vara 21.00. Mycket trevlig personal som alltid vill hjälpa till när man behöver något. Bra städning och overall ett rent intryck i den fina lägenhet vi hade, då vi var två vuxna och två barn som då hade 2 sovrum och ett litet kök.

This is a gorgeous old hotel that is a stone's throw from a local park and about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Our room was spacious and clean, and our bed was very comfortable. There was a large breakfast selection each morning that could be eaten in the hotel's conservatory or outside in the garden. We stayed at the hotel for five nights and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were also very friendly and professional. We recommend this hotel.

I was in Florence on business and needed a reasonably priced hotel that was not far from the city center. This hotel fit my needs perfectly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were superb. I would stay here, again, and plan to on my next business trip to Florence.

This is not a 4-star hotel, not even 3-star. Don’t have the simplest facilities. No kettle, no water dispenser to dispense hot water, aircon remote screen is not visible, bed design is not flushed to wall, leaving a big gap! Room is not soundproof, and very very noisy! 4-star hotel and need to pay city tax Is ridiculous

Surprised at a fee for the pool…should’ve checked the small print that said did not detract from the stay Hotel very clean staff were excellent it was a haven in a city of madness! Florence is very busy which is understandable as there’s lots to see

Definitely not worth the price. The property is quite old and fairly run down, and they nickel and dime you by charging you to even use the pool. For the cost I'd expect a lot more.
