酒店服務人員少,我事先發郵件問停車地點,幾次都沒有回復,又沒有酒店的網址(攜程不提供網址也不提供酒店郵件地址),結果停車花費了很長時間。 前台接待還是比較順利,酒店在老城區內,離聖母百花教堂走過去十分鐘,比較方便。 早餐也不錯,品種足夠,服務人員很熱情,而且他的廚房平時一直開着,需要熱水可以自己過去燒,冰箱裏有果汁,可以自己取用。 建築很古老,裝修還可以,舊但是不破。老城區的感覺。

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con una amica per una notte nella camera San Martino. Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. Ottima la posizione, il b&b è collocato all' interno di un palazzo storico in stile Liberty nel centro di Firenze. Tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La nota dolente è sulla camera piccolissima, dotata di un solo lucernario collocato in alto con evidenti segni di infiltrazioni d'acqua sul muro. La tinteggiatura è vecchia con evidenti segni di usura sui muri che appaiono in più punti scrostati. Il bagno è ricavato all' interno della camera, separato da una tramezzatura in carton gesso. La doccia è priva di doccino e con il sifone intasato e dopo aver aperto l'acqua questa ristagna. Il condizionatore della stanza è vecchio e molto rumoroso, tanto che siamo state costrette a spegnerlo di notte per poter dormire. La colazione viene servita in una sala comune affrescata, la scelta è davvero limitatissima. La struttura potrebbe essere un vero gioiello, ma necessiterebbe di un accurato restauro come meriterebbe.. Abbiamo pagato 175 euro per una notte... Direi davvero troppo per una struttura mal tenuta...

雖然夠古老,但真的不會再住,三層還是四層陡峭的樓梯,入住的時候行李是前台扛上去的,我們兩個女生的行李一個26寸大箱子,一個28寸,服務生都氣喘吁吁。走的時候服務生扛了個重的,我們自己扛個小的,沒有電梯實在太不方便了!!!天台夠小,帶陽台的房間陽台也夠小,早餐也很一般。

Punto molto a favore di questo b&b è sicuramente la posizione: localizzato al centro storico e vicinissimo a tutto. Tuttavia purtroppo ci aspettavamo di più riguardo diversi aspetti. Innanzitutto la camera. Nel sito dice di poterli contattare per scegliere la camera, io li contattai ma mi dissero che le gestivano in base alla disponibilità, dopodiché mi aspettavo che qualche giorno prima mi ricontattassero per darmi la possibilità di scegliere ma così non è avvenuto. La camera era molto vecchia (no vintage) non solo per lo stile ma per la mancata cura delle pareti e il bagno. Secondo aspetto, mancavano alcuni servizi quali: frigobar in camera, termosifoni funzionanti solo a momenti, assenza di campioncini shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Anzi, in teoria il “bagnoschiuma” era presente, ma era in realtà sapone per le mani diluito con acqua messo in un erogatore (non faceva per nulla schiuma, era evidente fosse acqua). Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ottima, ci hanno dato dei buoni per fare colazione in un bar convenzionato. In conclusione, ottima la posizione e la colazione.

I came to Florence to visit my daughter who is there for 3 months, and wanted to stay close to her apartment. Palazzo Graziani was a great location. Close to her, but to lots of other stuff too. I had the larger double room for single use. The room was very clean, had great light, and a charming Tuscan feel. The terrace was so nice--it was too chilly/windy to be out there as much as I had hoped but even sitting next to the windows overlooking the view was terrific. Never quite figured out the thermostat--wanted to turn heat on one night but couldn't get it to switch on, but it wasn't really cold so it was fine. The walls were thin and I was awakened by weird noises sometimes (sometimes it sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor above my room in the middle of the night, sometimes there were loud voices outside my door).Since they're still not serving breakfast I would have loved a coffee option in the room or lobby. Overall, really loved my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

When we went to Rome on March 23 this year, we booked a Superior Double Room in Borghese Palace Art Hotel for the next night. On March 24, we arrived in Florence by morning train and checked into the hotel at about 10. We left our things in the registration area and went to see the sights. Extremely tired, we returned to the hotel around 6 in the evening in hope of a long-awaited rest. The hotel staff led us through the back door to a service room with one wall 2/3 the height of a normal wall, connected to the old service entrance. Through the glass door of which the light from the hall entered the room. The room had a double bed and another bunk bed for 2 persons. This room obviously did not look like a Superior Double Room for 197.49 Euro. We said that this was not the room the photos of which were displayed on the hotel website and we would not take it. We asked what about our room. It turned out that our room was occupied. To our surprise, a young girl told us that at the same time when we placed the online order, other people also placed an order and the other people's order went through. Then we asked why the staff team did not say anything and they registered us in the morning and there was no good answer. She called the manager and informed us that they would return the money to us. We asked if they could help us with a new place. They answered categorically that it was not their responsibility. We were really tired from walking all day and were left to find a place ourselves. It was already dark out. I went to look for a hotel in the area, and my husband, cancer patient, was looking for a hotel on the Internet.Having walked 5 additional kilometers to no avail but my husband found accommodation. We walked another 17 minutes towards the train station and entered a very pleasant reconstructed modern hotel with friendly staff - the Urban Globus Hotel. By the way, they showed us a wonderful place next to the hotel - the Market Place, on the 2nd floor of which there is a series of restaurants where there is food for every taste. The owners or managers there are young guys, they were so worried that we would leave before breakfast that they left us food at the door at night. It was certainty a time of contrast.
