Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Airport South-Florence

I really liked that this hotel was able to accommodate our large group of seven in one room comfortably. Breakfast was delicious the next morning as well!

Definitely needed some attention to the bathrooms. Not sure if it was due to short staff or it being a holiday but the main lobby bathroom was a mess.

I got the 2 room suite for my family trip and it was great to have that option at a hotel. The rooms were very clean and I liked having the full kitchen option as well. The floors seem a little thin because there were people above us running around and you could hear it clearly. My only issue was with the pillows as they weren't comfortable and the shower head needed some cleaning. Still a great stay and good for a family trip. The breakfast selection was good and they also had a fire pit that you could use along with board games.

Pool and hot tub was awesome and very well kept…rooms super spacious as well

I enjoyed the entire stay and the smell when you first walked in was awesome, so fresh and clean smell. The staff were pleasant and professional, friendly, all-in-all it was GREAT. Thank you.

Breakfast was cold. Toilet didn't flush well. Water pressure for toilet was poor. Staff wasn't rude but non interactive and didn't seem excited about job. Love location and rooms are quiet.

The TV in living area remote was not working properly… they tried to fix but problem was not resolved.

Pretty property and amenities .quiet and accommodating place to stay . The front desk staff was the rudest I have ever experienced at a hotel .

Why do you I have to type something for my review. I dont want to type anything. I gave it 5 stars, that should mean I liked it. End of story.
