極其垃圾的酒店與服務，千萬別定，避雷避雷。 訂了兩間大床房，到店後前台一個印度女的，刷完我按金，結果説衹能給我一間大床，一間雙床，朋友不同意睡雙床，就説他們的房型庫存安排有問題，要求退款。那女的同意了説先當面把按金操作退回給我，到時候代理商打電話來也會同意退款，結果我們走了之後攜程跟他們協商了三天，他們翻臉不認賬，説就是根據訂單安排的房型拒絕退款，最後把我按金也划走了沒退給我，真是垃圾地方 千萬小心！

周邊環境不夠好，感覺不夠安全

Hôtel bien équipé (sauf gel douche ..., mais accessoire) Le monsieur à l'accueil est vraiment super gentil, sympa, agréable Hôtel un peu bruyant mais pas la faute de l'hôtel, les gens ne font pas attention. Ils parlent à minuit, à 6h du matin comme en plein jours.

La verdas el cuarto esta muy bien el espacio y todo solo que no me gusto que la hora de entrada era a las 3:00pm y el cuarto no estaba listo me lo dieron una hora despues y aparte me cobraron 100 dlls de deposito que claramente cuando hice la reservacion no me lo dijeron si no ya que estaba haciendo mi entrada .

Me cobraron y cuando llegue estaba cerrado era de madrugada venía en la carretera y hice la reservación y cuando llegue estaba cerrado nunca me regresaron mi dinero.

They are remodeling two motels and everything was a mess outside. There were no signs and the address we had was wrong. Lobby all torn up. Registration person was nice but could have used a helper. Room, newly decorated, was big and very comfy bed. BUT someone had disabled the smoke detector and had been smoking inside, so we had to open the door and window to try and air it out. Which was very noisy, as it's on a very busy street. Whoever checks the rooms should have caught the smell and figured out about the smoke detector. Then they could have fixed it and aired out the room.

I was charged a “facility fee” or something like that. He could have charged whatever he wanted, I suppose. Very sketchy and I want to know if ******* warns they can charge you additional money at check-in? It’s a crappy HoJo, no need like resorts do. I thought I paid when agreeing to the room and done.

I was given a room that is directly by the main busy road. The noise was disturbing late into the night so much so that I had to have ear plugs to fall asleep. The room itself was great. New bathroom. Bathtub was great, better then just a shower court. The distance from bed to TV is too far for the size of the screen. TV should be a bit bigger to enjoy it better. There was supposed be a breakfast take out from 6AM. I went there at 7AM and there was nothing available. Would I come back again? NO!

First the man that was coming in shift that night was not customer service friendly. I was trying to get him to answer my question about what I was charged and how much I was going to be charged. He could not be bothered with my questions and was very dismissive. the room had a horrendous smell and stain on the bed sheets. I have attached pictures. My son wanted to take a bath comes to fine out the bathroom plug was not working. I figured since it was so late I would address the issue in the morning. We turned on the heater because the room was freezing and looked around for extra blankets. Nothing. Figure we could survive the night since it was late and the man at the front desk was rude I did not want to deal with him again. May 20th my family went to breakfast and were given a store bought muffin and I juice box. I asked the front desk for room service to come to my room and bring 4 pillows and two blankets. I also asked to have the drain in the room fixed so my son could take a bath. Notes were written down for the tasks to be done. My family and I left for the day at 8AM and returned about 4:30PM. the room has not been serviced I figured maybe they were just running behind. My family and I left again at 5PM and returned at 9PM. My room still had not been serviced and I did not get the pillows or blankets like I asked. I asked him if I could get my pillows and blankets that I asked for he told me he did not have any that’s not my problem. You have have them tomorrow.”

Phone did not work, rubber coating at wall input missing: fire hazard. Tv remote did not work, had to walk to office since phone didn't work. Lobby serviced 2 hotels. Advertized as continental breakfast but was a brown bag " take n carry". No coffee nor water available in lobby. Found dirty washcloth in drawer. Bathtub faucet leaking. 5 cup coffee pot filthy, 2 individual packets given for SINGLE cups. Found plastic shards on carpeting. Laundry room fithy, no garbage can. Asked for NON smoking, obvious upon room entry smokers were prior.

Run as fast as you can from this property! The minute we got to the room past all the homeless people we found black mold in the room and asked for a refund which Sam Singh (the manager) refused. It's not safe for families and it's filthy.

los cargos por llevar tu mascota son excesivos, mas de lo que se cobra a una persona, ademas no te informan de los cargos en la pagina del hotel hasta que haces el "check-in". Se supone que uno usa el servicio de ********** para tener todo pagado y no hacer pagos en el hotel. Ademas que anuncian servicio de desayuno y solo te dan una blsita con un panecillo, una barra y un juguito
