Very nice room. Desk and chair, comfy arm chair with ottoman, nice comfortable king size mattress, mini fridge, combo safe, coffee maker. Big bathroom with large shower and blow dryer. Good Restaurants on premises.

The door to enter into the hotel room was not sealed properly. We had a crack, so you could hear when come in through the door, and it was making a whistling sound the whole time, and a lot of light coming through. You could see the hallway through the crack of the door. The shower tub was not draining properly, so the bathtub was filling up. You had to take a fast shower. And we had the most noisiest upstairs family stay above us. They were bouncing off the bed running tumbling stomping throughout the whole night. I had two kids and we all barely got sleep. They told us the only way they could solve. The solution was if we moved rooms at 11 o’clock at night which was not possible with two babies Finally asleep. Front desk kept making lies, and excuses, saying that there was no one in the room which it was obvious there was with the amount of stomping and voices we heard.

I chose Double Tree, because of fond memories of the warm chocolate chip cookies. I was disappointed there weren’t any. I was also disappointed they charged for water bottles in the room, but didn’t have any cups for water, even in the bathroom for rinsing after brushing. The room was very clean and the sheets were soft, the pillows were awesome.

We got the junior st which is awesome. Love the Crabtree and Evelyn amenities. Also love they are attached to the bathroom. Towels all seemed cleaned. I like the separate living room and bedroom. Like the shower, all looked modern. Staff at night and morning were all very friendly and helpful

The bed was hard. I had fortunately gotten a room with 2 beds for myself, and each bed had a soft comforter, so I took one comforter and folded it in half and laid it on the other bed to make the surface tolerably soft. I was also disappointed the room had no microwave. Otherwise, the hotel was extremely nice. The staff went out of their way to give me a ride in the hotel airport shuttle (available only with advance appointment). The breakfast is expensive, so I ate in the dining room only once even though I stayed 2 nights. The front desk staff were all wonderful to me.

We did enjoy our stay here. However, since we booked through ******* we were told that we could not use our Hilton's Honor's for our drinks at the bar. We had never had this issue before.

Clean room with friendly staff. The temperature in the room was very unstable going from too hot too too cold all the time. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy and flat. The room did not live up to my expectations of Doubletree.

Friendly staff. Clean but kinda old. This is the second of south building. There were no staff and seemed unsafe that the main door opened without a key card until 11pm. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and well stocked bathroom. Would definitely stay again but hopefully in the main building so I can compare.
