堪薩斯加登城麗怡套房飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Garden City, KS)

Room was great. Just a very windy day and the window leaked bad snd had awful wind noise all night.

had to change rooms cause yhe heater sounded like it was exploding clean, quiet advertised pool and hot tub (closed since 2017)

when I got to my room it looked like someone forgot to finish cleaning the bathtub ~ dirt and ??? in bottom of tub lower half. PLUS ~ really hate to have to stand between toliet and sink to open or shut the bathroom door. Can't stand at the sink and close the door ~ can't stand in front of toliet and close the door ~ have to stand between toliet and sink/counter to open/close the bathroom door.

The rooms have problems and not well kept. Fisrt room the Tv and phone did not work. Second room the phone still did not work AC system was barely working and had to turn down to 61 to get it to cool the room. Door keys were difficult to get to work and security latch on door was broken off. Shower curtain rod looks like someone was hanging from it and broke it.

This was a very spacious hotel with a lovely living room area and kitchenette. My only issue is that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance and the treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work, which is part of the reason why I had booked this hotel in the first place. That said, the place was quiet, comfortable, safe and in a very convenient location.

Easy check-in. Pet friendly. No fee. Elevator. Hot breakfast.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the food was good, and we really appreciated the quiet and very comfortable rooms. Thank you for all your help to make sure we had a great stay!
