"This was my second stay at Akra Fethiye The Residence, and I have also visited Akra Sorgun in Side many times, so I arrived with high expectations based on previous experiences with the Akra brand. I specifically chose this hotel while recovering from knee surgery because I wanted somewhere small, peaceful and tranquil. In that respect, the hotel has been ideal. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The biggest asset of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. The restaurant and bar teams are exceptional and provide some of the best service I have experienced anywhere. They are attentive, friendly and genuinely seem to care about guests. They really make the hotel what it is. Food has been more mixed. Lunch and dinner at Cuphea have been consistently very good, with a nice selection and good quality. However, I have been less impressed with the main à la carte restaurant. The quality has not always matched the standards I would expect from a luxury resort, and there seemed to be some difficulty accommodating fairly simple requests such as well-cooked eggs and bacon at breakfast. The rib-eye steak was particularly disappointing, being thin and of a quality more akin to stewing steak than a premium cut. One of the advertised benefits is the opportunity to dine at restaurants within the neighbouring sister hotels. We booked the Chinese restaurant successfully, but despite requesting reservations at check-in, we were unable to secure a table for two at the Italian restaurant on any day or at any time during our stay, which was disappointing. Drink quality is generally good, although it is a shame that only Turkish wines are included. International wines are available but are priced quite highly. The Tapas Cocktail Bar is a lovely venue and one of the nicest places in the resort for an evening drink. However, I struggle to understand why guests are charged extra for the tapas menu in what is marketed as a premium 5-star-plus all-inclusive experience. The same applies to some of the additional-charge restaurants. Personally, I would prefer the hotel to increase the overall room rate slightly and include these options rather than continually introducing extras. I was also disappointed to learn that wheelchair hire costs €20 per day. Given that I am recovering from surgery, this felt like a missed opportunity for the hotel to go above and beyond in terms of guest care and accessibility. Finally, entertainment has been underwhelming. I appreciate that this is an adults-only hotel focused on relaxation rather than nightlife, but the entertainment quality at both this hotel and the sister hotel next door has not matched what I have experienced at Akra Sorgun, where the evening programme is noticeably stronger. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and would return because of the peaceful atmosphere and truly outstanding staff. However, there are several areas where the hotel could better align the experience with the"

"優點：位置不錯，附近很多吃的，在鎮中心。 缺點：入住兩天房卡失效好幾次，前台英文不太好溝通困難。多次上下樓未解決問題。入住時雙床房衹有一床被子。沐浴露和洗髮水合二為一質量不好。毛巾質量也不行擦完身子發癢。"
