Classico hotel Novotel con buona posizione rispetto all aereoporto . Camere pulite e colazione ‘francese’ con buona varietà e qualità . Ho soggiornato solo una notte e direi che sono rimasto soddisfatto . Taxi decisamente cari (soprattutto quello chiamato dalla reception) 35 euro per meno di 5 minuti di spostamento .

A éviter, - Hôtel très vétuste, pas digne d'un 4* - Piscine hors service - Climatisation non fonctionnelle en période de canicule, - Buffet du petit déjeuné nul et quasi vide à 9h00 - Nuit gravement à la réputation de NOVOTEL

This is a disaster of a hotel. Shuttles: It is promoted as an Airport Hotel with a shuttle making you think you have easy access to and from the airport. Not true. They give you one ride from the airport, one ride to the airport when you leave. You are only 5 kilometres away from the airport so they continue to call you an unmetered taxi which costs you CHF 30 per ride. Or CHF 65 to the city. We tested in reverse from the airport it should be CHF15 per ride from the city it is only CHF 40. So there's a hustle going on here and the staff are most unhelpful. On the hotel: It has 2 floors, no lift. You have to carry your luggage by yourself up the stairs and no help, the room air-conditioning does not work, it is a central air system with no individual room air so had to have the window open each night to get fresh air. Staff: Rating about six different staff over the course of five days each of them are unhelpful, grumpy, and don't care. Room keys didn't work 4 days out of 5 so had to constantly revisit the front desk to be reset, getting an iron took two days. Everything comes with an excuse. The hotel restaurant breakfasts is good as they're simple European breakfast, fresh orange juice, good coffee, cheese, eggs. Dinner however is a microwaved pizza. This visit was horrible and I can imagine this is great candidate for the next hotel nightmare show.

Les réservations en direct ne fonctionnent pas, les facturations non plus Personnel exécrable en particulier un certain José qui vous explique que vous avez tort Insupportable! Et quand on veut des informations au téléphone on reste pendu de très longues minutes. Bref le client n est pas du tout la priorité

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für eine Übernachtung auf unserer langen Reise gebucht. Am Anreisetag gegen 17 Uhr haben wir einen Anruf von der Hotelrezeption bekommen, dass das Hotel aufgrund eines technischen Problems für 2 Tage geschlossen sei und unsere Buchung storniert worden sei. Eine schriftliche Stornierung wollte uns das Hotel auch nicht schicken. Uns wurde zwar Hotels in der Nähe genannt, aber wir sollten uns selbst um die Buchung kümmern und Novotel würde kein Zimmer für uns buchen und keine Kosten übernehmen. Unglaublich aber wahr erzählten Sie uns am Telefon, dass wir nicht zum Hotel fahren sollen, da es geschlossen ist. Wir sind hartnäckig geblieben und haben ihnen klar gemacht, dass wir die Stornierung so nicht akzeptieren würden und gleich am Hotel ankommen.. Ca. 40 Minuten später waren wir am Hotel. Plötzlich wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass das technische Problem gelöst sei und wir unser Zimmer bekommen können. Wir haben unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen und alles lief wie geplant. Wenn wir nicht hartnäckig geblieben wären, wer weiß, wo wir in der Nacht gelandet wären. Es ist unglaublich, welche Tricks sich die Hoteliers erlauben. Und übrigens, das Hotel war sehr gut besucht!
