1. there is no lobby. false advertising. you have to stand outside and talk thru a window. 2. there was a creepy guy sitting outside my room door. 3. when i opened the door a cockroach ran past. 4. the room smelled like someone had smoked pot in it and tried to cover it with air freshner. 5. there was broken furniture outside my door. 6. the bed looked like someone had slept in it. 7. there were creepy guys in the parking lot smoking pot. I did not feel safe so left and went to another hotel. they refuse to refund my money

Never again, one night stay was enough! The dirty linens did it! Would not stay here again.

Nice young woman at check in, went above & beyond to make comfortable accommodations for us. There isn’t a place on **********, to request a lower level room with 2 beds. She was able to reconfigure a room on a lower level. A++ staff

Totally ******. Site advertised 24 hour 7 days a week check in time. I knew we were going to arrive late so i wanted to be sure i could check in. When the clerk came to the window and RUDELY said NO ROOMS, i tried to show her my phone and she rudely shut the light off and went back to bed.

They are still updating things on the property. But overall decent place to stay if your staying for a week. You have a shopping plaza right next door with two different auto parts store close by walking distance and a couple fast food places within walking distance. The only thing is they don't have an elevator to get to the second floor. So if you have a lot of luggage or babies it's a bit but stairs are easy to climb. Luckily I got lucky with a room directly in front of the stairs. Staff are professional and polite. They have a small fridge with freezer like something you would buy when in collage and renting a room and a microwave. No kitchen to cook. But overall enjoyed my stay because it was quiet.

Did not feel safe and generally worn down

you get what you pay for not much.

Kinda needs someone to love it.
