In town for SEC track championship. Easy drive to local track facility. Comfortable stay.

I stay here every time I come to Fayetteville. Friendly staff, clean and safe.

Came in to visit my son for four days. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was just what I needed.

Beds were comfortable. AC worked and didn’t cut off during the night. I have had several experiences at other properties were the room got stuffy at night even though I had set the thermostat to stay cool all night. My non smoking room smelled like **** had been smoked in it. The furniture was shabby and needs replaced.

The property was very well located for our travel purposes. We went to a Razorback baseball and basketball game. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the staff was fantastic. The only downside was that there was construction going on in front of the hotel and the entrance to the hotel was not very well marked. I don’t feel like this was the fault of the company though. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was just ok. Had a terrible smell like something had been burned, enough to where our toddler asked us about it. The furniture in the room was very worn down, chipped, and the recliner arm has been screwed back together with a random screw. The bathtub also had signs of wear. The plus side was that the beds were comfortable and they did provide good amenities.

Great hotel off the interstate and close to the University. Within walking distance to liquor store & many restaurants. Rooms are large & clean. Cozy bed. Great value for the price. Snack room w/free coffee. Chris at the front desk is a great asset to the company. We will certainly stay here again.

Great stay and good price for the area. No bells and whistles but a very comfortable and clean suite. No continental breakfast here but you are close to a lot of places. We have stayed here two times in the past. It is on MLK and close to University of Arkansas.

There was only one drawback, and that was access from the main road. Construction was taking place, and it interfered with getting to the hotel. I have stayed here before, and knew how to navigate the area. If you had never been there before, and arrived at night, it would be very confusing to figure out how to get to the hotel. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. And the pillows exceeded the usual hotel quality. The guests were quiet, except for my neighbors. They weren't excessively loud, but as is true in most hotels, the walls were a little thin.
