- Personal muy amable que siempre nos atendió en nuestro idioma. - Habitación cómoda. - Cama cómoda, se descansa muy bien. - Muy buen detalle de diposner en la habitación de calentador de agua, con tazas e infusiones. - El desayuno tipo buffet que estaba incluido era muy completo y delicioso - Repetiría sin ninguna duda - Relación calidad precio magnífica

Ce 4**** n'est pas à la hauteur. A notre arrivée vers 19h30, le parking est envahi par des voitures extérieures à l'hôtel car la barrière est bloquée ouverte. Aucune place pour se garer. Une chambre à 2 lits nous est attribuée au lieu d'une à grand lit pourtant réservée. Pas de possibilité de changer de chambre ni même de transformer ces 2 petits lits en grand lit avant le lendemain. Dans les 4****, il y a normalement un service de gouvernante le soir. L'armoire n'est pas équipée d'étagères, juste une penderie. Pas de bouteille d'eau d'accueil ni de café dans le plateau de courtoisie. Juste une bouilloire et du thé. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, les oeufs brouillés sont secs, les viennoiseries aussi. La machine à boissons chaudes donne des cafés et chocolats fabriqués avec de la poudre. Pas fer à repasser et la réception est désemparée quand nous demandons un room service à 21h15, répondant que la cuisine ferme bientôt alors que le menu room service indique jusqu'à 23h ! La prestation nous est tout de même livrée. Bien qu'à la décoration simple, la chambre est de bonne taille et plutôt calmes mais quel 4**** est encore équipé de rideaux de douche dans une baignoire ?! Le minibar est vide. Le tout pour plus de 120€/nuit tout de même. Point positif, le personnel est souriant et serviable

Não é muito próximo ao Santuário, mas em um dia sem chuva dá para ir a pé tranquilamente. É bem confortável, limpo e um café da manhã muito gostoso. Os atendentes muito atenciosos, tem estacionamento próprio.

I went to Fatima to experience the beginning of the apparitions I’d never stayed at Luna before . I opted for half board It was fantastic range and quality of food . The restaurant manager Lewes and his team were amazing . Friendly attentive professional . The quality of food was superb. I will return to stay here again and am already looking forward to it . The room was really clean and comfortable Everything top notch . I arrived late on my first night and the young man on the front desk brought up some food . This is really looking out for guests .

I booked 4 nights in this lovely hotel on a half board basis The whole experience was amazing From great warm welcomes to knowing nothing was a problem. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Reception and front of house excellent. The food was really fantastic. I had breakfast and dinner and would highly recommend this hotel The choice and standard were exceptional. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and will definitely come back A huge thanks to all the team

Very quiet place, close to bus station and close to restaurants and the Fatima church. Rooms are great and breakfast are great for a reasonable price
