幸福旅館(Happy House)

Very bad hotel dont go there !!! The owners only care about money, there were cockroaches in the room!!! had a booking through airbnb for sunday check in at 2pm. we arrived at 1:30 and the lobby doors were locked/lights off and nobody was inside. we messaged saying we had arrived, but was not upset and was willing to wait till 2. 2 came around and still no message back, no call back and nobody coming to open the door. we contacted airbnb support and they tried to reach out to the host on our behalf for an hour, still no reply. we had just gotten off the plane, all our bags with us, no cash, no way to charge our phones. we had to find somewhere else to stay. even after they canceled our booking at 3pm on sunday (an hour after we were supposed to check in) the host never messaged me apologizing or anything. completely unprofessional and i recommend staying far away.

A very nice hotel. We were given a great welcome when we arrived. The hotel only has people on the reception between 2pm-11pm. The room was comfortable, the bed was good. We had a small Juliette doors looking out. The bathroom was a decent size however the shower was a little small. It is close to the old town for places to eat and drink.

Excellent location, very nice restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Bedrooms were very clean and felt luxurious. The whole building smelled nice, reminded me of a spa. We're lucky to able to park in front of the building (€1/hour 9am - 19 pm)

Good location close to everything in Faro. But the room had some issues. The shower doors didn't close all the way so water gets all over the floor unless you are super careful. The sink is very shallow and the faucet is so short that my small hands didn't fit between the faucet and the back of the sink. Broken window shade that I had to roll up by hand. Staff was nice but didn't provide info about restaurants, just told me to walk down the street and I'll find lots of them. Got much better info from Tourist Info place who told me about the big municipal market and supermarket just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Emplacement plein centre bruyant, chambre spacieuse, pas d’intimité pour la salle de bain vitre opaque idem pour wc 1 seul lavabo pour 2 pour un tarif élevé je trouve. Petit déjeuner pas fait maison idem pour snack bar . Extérieur propre , personnel très bien.

Excellent value for money. We stayed 1 night. Beds were comfy and room and shower room was clean. Air con was great. Lovely little sun terrace. 12 mins from Faro airport by taxi. Friendly welcome. For the price could not ask for more. Would stay again.

Très bien situé dans la vieille ville de Faro, plusieurs restaurants autour. Grande chambre, le matelas un peu mou. Insonorisation de la chambre moyenne. Pas de pdj mais cuisine à disposition. Bien pour une nuit.

Happy House è una guesthouse che si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dal pieno centro di Faro, quindi la posizione è ottima. La struttura è pulita, soprattutto la cucina a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti. Dispendeva anche di tutti gli utensili che possano servire. C’era inoltre un terrazzino molto carino. La camera e il bagno erano grandi. In 4 hotel visitati in questa vacanza, Happy House è stato il primo con un phon come si deve! Il prezzo è secondo me un po’ troppo alto, visto che si parla di guesthouse. Inoltre, ho abbassato il punteggio di un punto perché non abbiamo trovato la gentilezza da parte dello staff riscontrata, invece, dagli altri ospiti. Forse siamo stati solo sfortunati!

Eine unterirdische Seviceerfahrung: Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch und ein Käfer kam uns entgegen. Wir baten um ein neues Zimmer und nach kurzer Überlegung dann wenigstens um eine Preisreduktion, da wir bereits ausgepackt hatten und am Abend nicht mehr das Hotel wechseln wollten. Das teilten wir deutlich auf English und Portugiesisch (Google Übersetzer) mit. Wir sollten das Zimmer bei *********** stornieren, um eine preisgünstigere Rate buchen zu können. Das taten wir. Doch plötzlich war eine Neubuchung nicht mehr möglich und wir sollten das Hotel verlassen (Zimmer wurde anders vermietet, obwohl Bad und Bett bereits von uns genutzt wurden). Statt einer Entschuldigung wurden wir nach einer schlechten Bewertung mit Lügen überhäuft. Keine Empfehlung.
