Apathetic zombie staff plus bad checking policy plus interior accomodations to other hotels nearby like the Wenayoke means better choices can be had for cheaper. Also, found a nice pub on the shower wall.

The location is center to everything you need. The staff was professional and understanding. The lady over breakfast was very caring and tentative to the guests.

Got double charged and still no resolution. Check-in took over an hour, but the lady was new and she was nice. The breakfast lady was nice and food was decent. Lotion dispenser was empty in the room and never got sent more after talking to front desk.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the accommodations exceed expectations. The room was moderate, impressive, and very comfortable. I particularly like the walk-in shower. I am very grateful for my stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

Me and my husband stay for the weekend for a concert in town. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall experience there. The breakfast hit the spot both mornings. It was a 5 mins walk to the movie theater and many other things. Will definitely be back especially for the scenery and the comfort level

Bedding option request was handled by Michael as I had requested several weeks before; thank you Michael. Front desk allowed me to store ColdBlox in freezer to use in my Yeti on return trip to Massachusetts. Thanks!

The Hotel property was maintaining in excellent condition. The room is very clean and spacy.

Wet quiet and safe. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent!

Suggestions… 1) turn lights on over the reception desk 2) remove the COVID era notices, signage, and barriers 3) Clean the lobby, elevators, and common areas 4) The outside trash can next to the entrance is always overflowing- that’s the first impression 5) clean up the trash in the parking lot. Just simply control the controls and the customer experience would drastically improve.
