I had to cancel my room reservation and left the hotel because they didn't have water. I will not pay for this hotel reservation. I want a written response back from ******* regarding this matter. I also called ******* and did not get a resolution as your agent didn't respond. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service that I received at the hotel and from *******. If I do not get a credit from ******* I will pursue this legally.

Trip was awesome. There were some key items missing from our room, but housekeeping quickly corrected the issue. There were issues with the boiler that prevented super hot water, but they got it going well enough for a satisfying shower. They also gave vouchers for the inconvenience that went very well with our dinner. The food was awesome from breakfast to dinner. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time.

Renaissance Dallas North needs an overhaul. Walls, elevators are all worn and banged up.
The water heater went out and we didn’t have hot water for 48 hours. They gave guests 10,000 Marriott Rewards point to compensate.
The water pressure was bad and the maid service almost always forgot to refresh the in room coffee bar.
On the positive side, the beds and pillows were fantastic. And ultimately that’s the most important thing. They definitely got that right.

Excellent staff. Great location. This is an older hotel, but yet a very good place to stay for the location and comfort. The only complaint is a slight musty smell in the hallway and in our room on the 11th floor. The beds are very comfortable and very, very good front desk staff.

The property was outdated and smelly. The bathroom had permanent water marks on the counter and what appeared to be rust in the tub. When I arrived the bathroom sink was dirty. The entire stay my husband and I both had a mysterious cough that went away when we left the property.

Only problem i had was there was hair in the shower that wasnt mine nor my partners.other the that i really enjoyed our stay definitely would recommend.

Our toilet wouldn’t stop running it overflowed. Very dusty no microwave no body mirror beds were uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
