Renaissance Dallas North needs an overhaul. Walls, elevators are all worn and banged up.
The water heater went out and we didn’t have hot water for 48 hours. They gave guests 10,000 Marriott Rewards point to compensate.
The water pressure was bad and the maid service almost always forgot to refresh the in room coffee bar.
On the positive side, the beds and pillows were fantastic. And ultimately that’s the most important thing. They definitely got that right.
