Food bahut accha tha hamne pehli baar dinner kiya Mr. UJJAWAL & Mr. RAGHAV bahut acche se service kiye, aur yaha ka interior bahut, he accha hai... Nice place to stay and eat with your love one.💕 Thankyou for tata group and Ginger hotels to provide such type of amazing services on minimum cost. I got 1 room on double occupancy with Breakfast and Dinner @ INR 2500/- for Two Pax.

First time in Ginger hotel food and ***egement are very good very delicious breakfast and nice ambiance in restaurant nice staff also specially Mr.Ankit and Raghav

Excellent support and service provided by Mr. Ujjawal during stays. His behaviour is remarkable towards customer satisfaction. Cafeteria ambience is good and hotel location is near highway which helps to go anywhere. Food quality is Good 👍

Very good in over all experience I will recommended to go again. Nice food quality and service. Ujwala Kumar restaurant supervisor was really helpful even at night 12. In Faridabad one can recommend Rates are decent. Room hygiene to be msintain .

During my hotel stay, I found the security staff to be extremely vigilant and professional. They were always present at the entrance and around the hotel premises, which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. Their quick response to any security concerns or queries was impressive, and their friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and well-protected. I appreciate the efforts of the security staff in ensuring a safe environment for all guests. Another good thing some security staff’s like Mr.Chandan Choudhury know South Indian languages also, it’s good for people those who don’t know Hindi.

Front Desk Staff especially Muskaan, was very cooperative Hotel ***ager Mr Surender Thakur is a decently behaved young person I wish them all the Best. Food served in the Restaurant was good and hygienic. Staff was well behaved. Good Ambiance of the property.

6 days between March 10 to march 16 2024 stayed and again now from 31 March 2024 to 6 April 2024 staying here The hotel ambience is good in particular the lighting bed provision of table is good One more plug point would be better Due to salt water the tile coloring is fading But the house keeping staff is taking good At reception a baby faced shivam take cares of your requirements the way he receives it The politeness is awesome House keeping Satish took care of your needs even without asking for water bottles Kettle tea coffee makers Soap towels are adequate But the hotel charges for dental and shaving kits which I didn't except from ginger Next is dinning Mukesh took care of servicing in a meticulous way Finally the guy Za*** The moment you go to the restaurant glance the menu he comes and asks omlette without chillies right The remember and intent should be highly appreciated Still Saturday i am here Hope it is business as usual
