札科帕內親子旅遊

我在諾薩洛維公園酒店度過了我的生日週末！這是最好的經歷之一。我們升級了景觀房。工作人員非常友善而且非常樂於助人。早餐非常好，都是當地的食物。令人驚嘆的點菜餐廳，提供感覺良好的晚餐和午餐以及最好的飲料和雞尾酒。我收到了一個生日氣球送到房間並且裝飾得很好。我強烈推薦這個地方。

During the night, the air conditioning in my room was insufficient, making it very difficult to sleep due to the heat. When I informed the reception about this issue, I was told that this is the hotel's policy, which was not mentioned on your website. This lack of cooling during the night significantly affected my comfort and overall experience at your hotel. I believe it is important for such policies to be clearly communicated to guests prior to their booking to avoid any inconvenience.

很棒的酒店。大房間。很棒的早餐。地理位置優越，景色優美。唯一的批評是飯店的主餐廳19.30就關門了。同一建築群中的相鄰餐廳提供美味的食物，所以沒有什麼大問題

我10月24日住在這家酒店。我期待這家酒店更多。位置很棒,離著名的市中心15分鐘路程。與我已經去過的其他4星級酒店相比,這家酒店需要更多的改進。Souna在我入住期間不工作,對於這家龐大的酒店來說是兩個小。蒸汽房當時只有3人容量。放鬆太小。如果你自駕來,每晚要支付12英鎊的停車費,這令人失望。早餐菜單上沒有新鮮果汁。甚至沒有一瓶水...早餐上的選項有限。不要指望蘇納和水療區。真的很令人失望。茶和咖啡套裝如此基本。浴室的洗漱用品不是真的齊全。

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.

十月底我們住了好幾天,天氣很好, 😃👍 酒店是一個非常大的建築,分爲五星三星。(Versal) 我們有機會住在5*😊 這裏有個雙人間,有一漂亮的陽台和山景(不幸地,酒店旁邊的屋頂上有的屋頂,房內一間房着整修。) 這個房間有點不舒服 ☹️ 房間裝備精緻(沒有這樣的酒店類別的頭有點奇怪-除非是因爲流行病) 早餐和晚餐都很好,工作人員也很可愛。酒店位置非常好(到處都是) 對於我們來說,這是一個很好的住宿😊 但每個人都必須自己決定酒店是否值得這些星星和價格😊

這個酒店有免費的停車場，地理位是都非常不錯，房間很大，設施也新。唯一的問題是我在攜程訂的是已付費的三人住的雙牀房，酒店非要收150波蘭錢，搞了一個多小時才辦理入住。

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Zakopane. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed (though pillows are a bit flat). Resort facilities include pool, saunas, whirlpool - all included in room rate. On-site spa offers various treatments (massage, facials, etc) for reasonable fees. Breakfast buffet offers very good variety. I would have rated this place excellent except that accessibility is an issue. For example: access to some floors requires both elevator and stairs. Access to dining room has stairs and a very steep ramp.

We had a lovely stay in this super oldie worldie hotel. It has a completely relaxed feel from the moment you walk in. The comfy lounge seats inviting on arrival & each evening after a days exploring. Hotel is walking distance from the train station & main pedestrian st of Zakopane.Breakfast was delicious & a variety of choice. Rooms were decorated of a time long gone which just added the special touch to this super hotel. Swimming pool was also a joy to use. I would highly recommend.
