法蘭茲約瑟夫親子旅遊

The desk staff was courteous and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the room had a kettle and refrigerator. It has on-site coin laundry. On-site restaurant with menu or buffet. The hotel handles tour buses, so you need a dinner reservation at times. There are not many restaurants in Franz Josef so it was important that the hotel had a good restaurant.

Nice atmosphere and also provided veggies soup but we didn't have it. Having shared hot tub, although it is a bit small.

Good location close to the town but it's not a cottage ! but a tin building. Not much space . Patio and chair look surely on to next cottage no space between. View good and restaurant neR but overall really disappointed with accommodation. Bed pillows smelt although bedding clean carpet stained

This is a fantastic place to stay. We had a huge separate apartment with a beautiful cathedral ceiling, patio and everything we might want to keep us entertained on a rainy day. They have books, games and DVDs and on arrival they gave us lots of information on places to eat in Franz Joseph and the various activities. A day after we left we realized we had left a couple of items and when we called they immediately offered to ship them ahead to an upcoming hotel for us (of course we paid the postage). The people at Glenfern could not have been more helpful and we highly recommend this hotel.
