It was our 6th stay at this hotel. However we noticed a decline in the service level of the hotel compared to our previous stay. The restaurant food was nearly empty an hour before the breakfast closing time and this happened each morning during our stay. We never had the soap refilled so we used our own. Most of the staff no longer greet you unlike in the past most of them will greet and smile at you.
I hope these issues will be addressed properly by the management, otherwise they will lose customers as there are better competitors with similar price range in the city.
