安地瓜親子旅遊

天啦！這是我住過最好的青旅啦！青旅特別大，就房間稍微小點，都是獨衛，門外也有單獨的衛生間，都可以洗澡，乾濕分離，很乾凈，熱水真的太棒卡！草坪很大，還有一個真正的牀被吊著，可以躺着拍照，還放了枕頭！哈哈哈，門廊外全是那種吊牀。廚房也很好，就是油鹽自己買，三個冰箱，還有泳池，一個用校車打造的休息場所，邊上全是椅子和沙發，還有一個飲料大廳，有檯球可以打，還有一個安靜的休息室，很大，還放了兩個小木房子，可以安靜做自己的事情。居然還有電影院！！！是投影儀！！可以看Youtube，搜三生三世枕上書也是可以的，自己更換Apple TV的語言記得。還有一個很大的新概念餐廳，裝飾特別前衛，和國內商場那種。就是有點貴，人均50-70人民幣吧。青旅的牀真的很棒！兩個枕頭！很舒服酒店那種規格！特別新！被子也是實打實的厚被子！還有小燈，一個插頭和2個USB插孔！總之特別好！院子很大！有好幾個參天大樹是牛油果樹，結了很多果子呢，我還碰見剛好掉下一個。工作人員英語不錯，打掃也很細緻，馬桶都會消毒的。所以第二天一使用就一股消毒水呢氣味。

酒店是一顆寶石!一個修復的修道院,它就像一個天堂。我們的房間是一個非常寬敞的套房,在我們在那裏的六晚中非常舒適。酒店的工作人員只是美妙 - 一點也不褻 - 只是非常真誠和高效。餐廳的食物非常出色。出國旅行時,你可能想要的一切,但以自己的方式特別。不僅僅是披薩,或者只是牛排,而是一個創造性的和有趣的披薩,還有一個美味的醬牛排。這個地方很漂亮,非常平靜,有很多有趣的藝術作品。我喜歡它。

If you are looking for a traditional hotel in Antigua that is centrally located, this may be your place. What you need to know is that it shares similar characteristics to many of the hotels in the area. This type of hotel was once a traditional home with rooms centered around courtyards (I can't provide a reference here, this is just anecdotal information from 17 years of traveling to Antigua and staying in many different hotels. Although, ChatGPT did a great job describing what I believe is a traditional or antique home in Antigua). I stayed in room #4, not because I needed four beds, but it was the only room available. This is a great room in every sense of the word. It was most likely the living room as it is in the center of the hotel off the main courtyard/garden. That said, while it provides for an abundance of fresh air, which is often lacking in some of these types of hotel rooms, it is not insulated from the daily activities of the hotel, including guests coming and going, guests eating outside the room, or the chorus of birds that welcome the day for you precisely at the same time every day - no need for an alarm clock! This room has a high ceiling of traditional timber frames and dark wood, with a huge, ornate chandelier hanging in the center. It's beautiful! While the bathroom is simple, it's more than sufficient - the ample shower has hot water delivered to you using updated plumbing (no need to worry about getting electrocuted by a ”widow maker” showerhead with exposed wires). I'm a pretty low-maintenance kind of guy when it comes to where we stay (although, my partner may disagree with me). If you are an independent, self-reliant traveler, that will spend most of your time outside of the hotel than inside, this hotel will meet your needs.

Pagamos por 4 noches para llegar después del día de check in e ingresar a la habitación ya que llegábamos muy temprano, me comuniqué con el hotel y con la recepcionista que conversé le indique que llegaría hasta el día siguiente del ingreso alrededor de las 9 am para ingresar directo a la habitación ya que por eso había reservado o bien pagado por la noche anterior para no tener que esperar hasta la hora del check in que es a las 3 pm, ella indicó que no había problema y dejaría una nota para que la habitación estuviese lista y esperándonos, sin embargo, al momento de llegar nos llevamos con la sorpresa de que no nos estaban esperando y la recepcionista nos dice que el check in es hasta las 3 pm aun cuando habíamos pagado por la noche anterior, el check in que fue muy falto de servicio al cliente por parte de esta señorita, al nosotros decirle esto empiezan a buscarnos una habitación, nos dan una habitación que no estaba lista ni limpia y lo que hicieron fue rosearla con mucho desinfectante quedando un olor muy fuerte que nos provocó alergia, entregándonos una habitación oscura, sin ventanas y a lo último del pasillo como si fuéramos cualquier cosa, al llegar a la habitación, esta solo tenía 2 toallas y la reserva era clara que éramos 3 personas, no había productos de aseo personal como jabón de baño o shampoo, teniendo que regresar nuevamente donde esta recepcionista a pedir estos productos. Le pedí que por favor no hicieran limpieza en la habitación durante nuestra estadía ya que éramos alérgicas a los olores pero que por favor si nos cambiaran diario las toallas y nos brindaran papel higiénico o jabones y nadie llegó a hacer estos cambios, quedándonos sin papel higiénico, sin jabón y con las toallas sucias. Además, de esto, desde la primera noche, el teléfono no funcionó, de dos abanicos en la habitación solo uno giraba y muy lento, el otro no servía y el televisor no funcionaba ni el internet en el mismo y prácticamente lo que hicieron fue ignorarnos.

安提瓜是危地馬拉的一個古城，所以設施不要跟國際化大都市去相提並理論，，但是酒店環境挺好的，綠化率高而且很安靜，走路十來分鐘就可以到古城，是度假的好去處。

我對海灣工作人員之一感到非常失望。我是酒店付費的客人,想在餐廳區觀看歐元足球比賽,喝幾杯飲料用餐區非常安靜,只有另外三個人喝酒看比賽。我坐下來被告知,如果只是喝酒而不是點菜,我就不能看比賽,我不得不帶孩子坐在酒吧區,看不到屏幕。令我不安的是另外三名客人沒有點餐,被允許坐在一張桌子旁,另外兩名沒有付錢的客人走進來,被允許觀看比賽,而不是點餐。整個遊戲的用餐區都是空的,有很多空桌子。所有這些坐在桌子旁的人(不是點菜)都是男性,我感到受到歧視和欺負,因爲我是帶孩子的女性。清潔工和酒店工作人員都很好,但一個酒吧工作人員(英語說得很好)破壞了我在這家酒店的經歷。
