蘇諾斯德爾馬爾飯店(Suenos del Mar Vacation Rentals)

This property sold us a room but was unprepared for our stay. When we arrived the gate was locked and we had to seek out instructions on how to enter. When we entered the room we discovered dirty rags and tools on the kitchen counter. Then, after unloading our car we realized the room had no running water! The owner/contact originally told us we may need to find other accommodations. Not what you want to hear at 8pm, especially when traveling with small children. And, it's not as if the area had a ton of other options to choose from. The water did finally get turned on for us but we were instructed to use the shower (no hot water) and flush the toilet on a limited basis. Again, not what you want to hear when paying $ for accommodations. Had they been ready for our stay we would've given a better review as it was a nice sized room with a balcony view of the ocean.

The terrace only has seating for 3 ppl, that blue and cool looking seating does not exist! The host Naiomi is the worse person I’ve encountered in my travels. The photos didn’t match anything and this owner blamed me and refused any responsability. Gave them a bad review because they wouldn’t answer and Naiomi tried to square off as I was leaving and unpacking to leave because I can’t read. Her husband is nicer but will never stay here there wasn’t even soap in the unit. I really thought she was confronting me looking for a fight, she was just lucky I was waking up and it wasn’t the night before when we messaged her.

Escribí con anterioridad al establecimiento que llegaríamos una vez hubiera cerrado la recepción y que al venir de otro continente, no tendríamos Internet. Les pedí explícitamente por favor que me mandaran las instrucciones con anterioridad para poder tener las descargadas antes de llegar. Si bien se negaron, lo cual puedo entender por razones de seguridad, etc. Para poder entrar, entonces tuvimos que parar de noche en un Burger King para coger Wi-Fi. Pero el problema llega cuando llegamos al apartamento y no funciona la clave de acceso que nos habían proporcionado. Tras un largo viaje mucho cansancio, y estando en un país desconocido, decidí buscar ayuda en otro apartamento con luz , el cual muy amablemente me prestó su teléfono para poder llamar al teléfono del apartamento, puesto que yo no podía llamar. Y para mi sorpresa me dicen que se habían confundido al darme el número de acceso al apartamento. Si bien, también es cierto que el apartamento está bien estaba limpio, tiene unas vistas al mar preciosas y nos gustó mucho. Por supuesto, repetiríamos. Pero es verdad que al no conocer el país y llegar después de un viaje de 12 horas, me hubiera gustado más que no hubiera problemas. Alrededor hay un montón de gallos que deciden cantar entre las 4:00 y las 6:00 de la mañana

This was a quaint little place. It seemed very clean. It’s right down the street from lots of activities and food. The owner was very helpful. The marina can get a little stinky at times. Close to 7seas beach.

The woman who cares for the place was very attentive. She would text to see if we needed anything. The apt was cold (didn’t realize how hot PR really is). Overall I would definitely recommend.

The room was large, clean, and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The area was safe and convenient to several restaurants, night clubs, and a kayaking rental center. The "amenities" listed included "free wi-fi" however, what they didn't tell me until after I booked the room was that the wi-fi only works on the back deck. My biggest complaint is that the noise. There is a night club right outside the facility that played music very loudly until almost 2-am. Overall for the money I paid it was a good value. But I personally would not stay there again because of the noise. I place a premium on quietness. If you are interested in going out late and enjoying the nightlife then this may not mater as much to you.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos las facilidades y nos encanta. Hermosa vista y cómodas habitaciones con todo lo necesario. Definitivamente volveremos!

We stayed here for one night to be close to the ferry. We could walk to restaurants for dinner, and Noemi was easy to work with and gave us good recommendations for a driver to the ferry. But the hotel was not as clean as it should have been, and there were bugs/flies inside that we could not get rid of. And although there was good air conditioning in the bedrooms, the main living area was very hot. And because the awful smell of sea**** was so strong outside, we never opened the windows.
