The property is brand new and well kept! I love the modern look and how spacious the bathrooms are. This was my second stay, I came back excited and left disappointed after the oddly curt and unwelcoming check in experience. They raised their parking cost to $10, I guess $7 just wasn't enough to cover their costs of allowing you to park at the hotel's private lot. They're not near the airport in a way anyone is going to park in their lot without being a guest. They're not around anything that would entice someone to park a car there in general without being a guest. They don't offer parking lot security detail or anything. So why again is there an ever increasing parking fee associated with these stay? And why is a front desk clerk unwelcoming. I heard no pleasantries or small talk. I felt the resistance even as I tried to engage in conversation. I tried to be nice and say I was happy to be back at the property. Nope. I got the standard script only. This person made me feel like my presence at 6pm at night was a bother. I usually would have spent $30 on the convenience market place they have up front. But I just went to 7-ELEVEN instead because I didn't want to bother the clerk any further. What a bummer. A nice hotel can be ruined by the people they staff it with. No restaurant active in this location. So prepare to eat off site.

The stay was comfortable and they waived parking and we were told parking and breakfast weren't free. When I showed them their add the offered free breakfast. We were a little disappointed because of this fact. Overall the stay was comfortable and clean.

I paid extra to have breakfast included in my stay after calling the hotel directly to make sure that they had breakfast available. Upon arrival, the person that checked me in was not only unfriendly, but gave me opposite information as what I was told on the phone as there is no breakfast available, they have a Starbucks that is open to get coffee, and they have a couple paid snacks. The hotel is nice and clean, but the fact that they charge for parking is strange, and they are the only ones in the area to do that. They also list that they have breakfast but they do not, but the hotel itself is nice and clean. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but the pillows are great. TVs are small as are the rooms

Really quick and easy check in and check out. The staff was nice and really helpful. The room was nice and clean and came with lots of towels. It also have a good bar and restaurant that serves a good portion.

Ice storm. Front door locked. Had to enter at ends of building. Dangerousky slippery conditions. Unable to move cars. Restaurant and bar staff argued to the point of embarrasment.

Great help at check in desk. Room was clean, modern, and fun. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at this location this year and I have to say the staff there are just amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly, they are always warm and attentive whenever a need arises. I will be staying here at this location for all future trips I have to Gresham.

The smoke alarm above the bed had two bright green LEDs that blinked on every five seconds, disrupting our sleep. Also, we were not informed when we made the reservation online or when we checked in that we were charged additional for parking. This was disappointing as we chose the property based on the price.

I liked this property it was near where we wanted to be. I just didn’t understand why I had to pay 10$ a night just to park my vehicle. Otherwise everything was pretty nice. No major problems and it was pretty quiet.
