The hotel is completely outdated and worn. Areas like the carpeting is worn has tracks in it and so forth. The furniture is old and worn also just just overall not a good experience. I did not stay there.

Stayed at this property with my daughter. Check in was fast and staff was wonderful. Lobby looked clean and was very inviting. Unfortunately our room was in terrible condition. Major stains on the carpets outside our room. Room was dark, dirty, outdated and falling apart. The closet in the room was completely off the tracks, storage shelves in closet were falling apart. Dishwasher was literally falling out of the cabinets. Curtains from probably the 90’s were very hard to open close. Room was dirty. Bottle cap and hair on floor in bathroom and also hair in shower. Sink fixtures were extremely old and covered in a hard water rust. Bed in bedroom had a glob of something orange and I honestly don’t think it was washed. Carpets were old and dirty. Furniture was all dinged up and looked like it’s been there 20 years. Our fan was so loud in the bathroom and there was so much dust in our bathroom vent. We were in room 200. Location itself was off a main road and kinda secluded. Not much parking for guests and spots were small. We did get 2 texts from the hotel asking us if we were satisfied. Instead of causing a fuss we cleaned the room ourselves. Luckily the sheets were clean and we brought pillows from home. Beds were comfortable. I was extremely surprised by the condition of our room after reading so many reviews. Maybe we just weren’t lucky with our room. Cannot recommend this place and will not stay again.

Left a previous hotel early and booked this one. Was pleasantly surprised by the coziness of the room, kitchen amenities and comfortable a**osphere. The floor was quiet overnight and everything in the room was pristine. Highly recommend

Sheets had hair on them, found a fake nail on bed. Bathroom floor not clean. Pull out bed very uncomfortable. Room was a little shabby, not as advertised. Fairly expensive for what we got, disappointed overall. Staff were nice.

For context, I have stayed in Hilton properties around the world and have been generally pleased which is one reason I booked this place. It is an exception. First of all the space was very small. Not much to do about that so I won’t dwell on it. The kitchen area has a weird floor. I don’t know what it was but it felt like vinyl, I imagine for cleaning purposes, but it was sticky. :-( The table had a flat base and it was also sticky. :-( The burners on the two burner stove did not sit flat so I didn’t use it. The dishwasher had all of the dishes in it and it was warm when I came in. This is where it gets a little weird. I travel with a very good UV flashlight. Now before you get excited and think this is unfair, know that I use this same light when I clean my own bathroom. You only need to see what it reveals once to know how much you miss with an average cleaning. The kitchen all appeared clean - even the sticky surfaces I mentioned. The bedroom appeared clean. The bathroom sink and tub were immaculate. The toilet and surrounding area however left much to be desired. I have a photo that I don’t know if I’ll be able to include here but visible is an unacceptable history of splashing on the outside of the bowl, the floor and the walls. I use this same light in every Air BnB house I stay in and none of them fail this test. I take a shower and the first thing I notice are my footprints in the tub! Black footprints from being barefoot in the rooms! Not impressed.

Multiple staff members gave us a hard time about our service animal even though we provided certification evidence. One staff member tried to charge us a pet fee and another asked invasive personal questions.

Nice facility with lots of space to walk pet dog. They will charge $50 extra. Breakfast ample with homey fireplace in dining area. Ordered pizza from Ceasars approx five minutes away.
