호텔객실이용에있어 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 얼음이 매우단단했으며 호텔 객실이용에도 불편함이 없었습니다.ㅋ

Our check-in experience wasn’t great but the room was nice and was as pictured in the app. Check-in time is 4pm and we arrived at 4:47 only to be told our room was not yet ready. The only explanation was they needed to contact the maintenance supervisor and due to our room having two beds, it was not ready yet. I have no idea what that means or what was really going on but there were several other guests that had the same problem. The hotel staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I have had way better customer service at other hotels. I would consider using this hotel again but i would hesitate for sure based on this experience.

Checkin time is later than most places, 4:00. Arrived close to 5 and room wasn’t ready. They were supposed to call me when it was ready, but didn’t. I called about 5:45 and I was told it was ready.Not cool! Manager was looking into a discount but didn’t apply anything.

This hotel charged me again for my 3 night stay even though I paid through *******. I went to the front desk and the young man said he would take care of it and will credit the charges back, but nothing happened. I went back the next morning and talk with a lady and she took my name, and number, and said she would have the manager to contact me, and will have the to it fix. The next morning there was a credit, but a few hours later they charged me again. I will not be staying here ever again! Please Beware!!

Rooms were not ready at check in time, lobby was full of angry guests. When a room was ready it was a double not a king i had reserved but I was charged the same amount. The room was disappointing in cleanliness.

I picked this Hotel because they should be clean NOT SO Elevator was terrible dust on window sills thank god i travel with Lysol wipes the room had dirty towels and no hand soap also shampoo and conditioner and body wash in dangerous shower were empty room not clean Breakfast was a JOKE no oj or edible food... also we wanted to pay cash they had to have a credit card THEY CHARGED MY CARD ANYWAY Staff didn't seem to know much... Very disappointed wi;ll not stay or recommend

Upon arrival, we were told our room would be ready in 15 minutes. Our room was not ready for over an hour.

Staff here were rude and unhelpful. Room wasn't available at check-in time. Breakfast was poorly stocked. The pool area was never cleaned while we were there. The pool water was murky. The fitness area had open food on the ground the entire time we were there- also never cleaned. Told the hotel staff who seemed uninterested.
