I had a horrible time at this property I emailed the General Manager Angi Lamb, 11 days ago and no response. This is so unacceptable. Here is the email I sent to the GM:
I am a loyal Marriott Rewards member, and I have had a very dissatisfying stay at this property. I checked in on Thursday and Amy (which has been great) helped me. I informed her that I had three separate reservations, one checking in on Thursday and checking out on Sunday, and then two checking in on Sunday through Tuesday. I was informed that cleaning services would be every other day. I asked if I could have the same room I was originally assigned and the other room could be close that room number. I made it very clear that I needed the room serviced on Sunday prior to the rest of my family joining me on today, Sunday Thursday was the only day that I didn't have issues.
Friday: I arrived in late and needed an extra blanket. I waited in the lobby for assistance and called for the desk and it took 20 minutes before someone was at the desk for me to get a simple blanket.
Saturday, I checked again to make sure that my room would be serviced today as my new reservation would kick in on Sunday and was told it was on the list to be serviced. I checked this morning before I left for the day and I was told that my room would be serviced.
Sunday, my family arrived. As I'm walking my 89 year old grandmother to the room, the room wasn't serviced. I was assured on three different occasion
