Omg - check-in was a nightmare. After flying all day, getting in at midnight (which we advised weeks before), no rooms available, put on a waiting list for rooms to be cleaned, waited 1.5 hours. One overworked staff guy had to deal with the whole mess, including angry and noisy drunk patrons waiting for rooms. One man was given a key to an occupied room, waking up a couple by walking in! A completely exhausting experience. We were supposed to get a comped breakfast for the trouble, but nobody was around to take them off our bill at check-out. Really understaffed! Restaurant and cleaning staff were great, though.
