The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out ⭐⭐⭐⭐

가격대비 최악입니다~ 서비스, 실내청소(잘안됨), 커피있고 없고 물제공없고, 샤워젤없어요~ 가운도 없고 요구사항이 제대로 이루어지제 않아요~ 체크인 대기시간 길어요~ 조식은 나가서 드세요~ 가격대비 아웃~ 호텔이 3성급도 안되는 느낌입니다~

I arrived before the check-in time as I had an event to attend early afternoon. Therefore I had to shower and change after a 5hr drive. As I have experienced in the past, if the hotel has the room available, they will let you check in with no problem nor a fee. This property is different. You will be charged an early check in fee even when the rooms are available. That did not sit well with me. I felt like the hotel will get its money. Don’t let the reasonable cost fool you.

Check-in took over an hour ("internet not working") Had the wrong room type. Room was filthy with multiple stains on carpeting and furniture, hair in the bathtub, missing artwork on walls. Only 1 out of 3 elevators worked and it got stuck when we were rushing to an appointment. Will never stay here again. Expensive room and terrible experience.

Omg - check-in was a nightmare. After flying all day, getting in at midnight (which we advised weeks before), no rooms available, put on a waiting list for rooms to be cleaned, waited 1.5 hours. One overworked staff guy had to deal with the whole mess, including angry and noisy drunk patrons waiting for rooms. One man was given a key to an occupied room, waking up a couple by walking in! A completely exhausting experience. We were supposed to get a comped breakfast for the trouble, but nobody was around to take them off our bill at check-out. Really understaffed! Restaurant and cleaning staff were great, though.

I didn’t like getting on the elevator at night and being on the elevator with all the “ Pot Smokers “ it was so awful smell we would go up the stairs to our room every evening, 9 flights of stairs but it’s was worth it , was there a total of 4 nights

Loved the room! We were on the 12th floor which gave us a lovely view. When the wind blew, it was annoying cause it made the windows creak and it very much sounded like someone was trying to break in. The shower head was also annoying when dripped onto a metal piece.
