We usually stay in Exeter inn in Exeter NH and staying in this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The hotel, our room was clean, no nasty odors in the bathroom. Very nice. Pleasant staff, good breakfast. And all that for a very reasonable price. Definitely will stay in this hotel from now on when visiting our son in Exeter. Thank you

The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed that the shampoo. conditioner and body wash are now installed in the shower. Very convenient. Really appreciated the cleanliness and the breakfast was very good.

some of front desk are not too friendly. you now need to ask for daily room cleaning!!! "we do not clean your room unless you ask for it if you are staying only two nights". Rooms are basic. mattress is not comfortable-no padding and middle dip- time for new mattresses. Backpain in the am.

The room was clean but the AC took forever to cool the room. Curtains didn’t close so the parking lot lights shined in keeping us awake. Went to the breakfast area at 8am and multiple tables were dirty and they were out of coffee- cranberry juice and egg sandwiches. They were getting a food delivery during breakfast time which distracted the workers from cleaning and keeping food stocked. Very disappointed
