埃維昂萊班埃茲拉原生飯店(The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Alizé, Évian-Les-Bains (Inter-Hotel))

We spent five nights here having a winter visit to the area and had the best possible experience at the Alize Hotel. It is perfectly situated opposite the harbour x where the ferry crosses to Lausanne - and the bus stop for Thomon-Les-Bains. Our room overlooked the Lake. It was warm, clean and very comfortable for two of us, with hot water for a shower available each morning, tea and coffee making facilities and products and a king sized bed. The only thing missing was an English speaking channel on the TV. Room service is available on request every day. Veronique and Santa on reception, and Sylvio, Manager of the attached Zaino restaurant, were the ideal hosts ensuring all our needs were met, including an early morning taxi, advice re: local travel, and even PremierLeague football on the TV. Breakfast is continental style with plenty of fresh options and was perfectly acceptable. Coffee from the machine was also much appreciated. The only thing missing from the hotel is a bar to relax in with a late night drink, but it is only a small convivial hotel! There can be little doubt this hotel would be even better to stay at during the summer when the outdoor sitting area can be used, but if you need a great place to stay at this festive time of year then you will be warmly welcomed and cared for here.

Das Hotel selbst ist ordentlich und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fast direkt am See und paar Schritte zur Altstadt. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet.. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jedoch wurde ich als Gast auf all meinen Reisen noch nie so schlecht behandelt. Als wir gegen 14 Uhr ankamen , war der Check in nicht besetzt. Er kommt 15 Uhr. OK .. wahrscheinlich bei Buchung überlesen .. kein Problem . Jetzt stehen wir in unseren Heißen und Schweren Motorrad Klamotten hier. Alles gut - trinken wir was bis der Check in öffnet. Die zum Hotel gehörende Terrasse ist geöffnet und ( 14 Uhr ) kaum besetzt. Als wir uns setzen wollen - wird uns unfreundlich mitgeteilt, das wir auch Essen bestellen müssen. Ansonsten kein Getränk. Ich erkläre , das wir ein Zimmer haben , auf den Check In warten und Abends sowieso hier essen wollen. Keine Ausnahmen - entweder Essen bestellen oder in ein anderes Restaurant gehen..... Danke !!!!!

Chambres classiques agréables, mais surtout avec une vue magnifique sur le Lac. Petit dej' sur la terrasse face au Lac: parfait. Facilités de stationnement, très bien situé à côté du secteur piéton. Suffisamment rare pour être mis en avant: un accueil naturel, pro et sympa!

Très belle chambre avec vue sur le lac. Personnel sympathique. Insonorisation coté rue très bonne. Cependant, l’insonorisation entre les différentes chambres de l’hôtel est inexistante. Nous avons été réveillé 3 fois dans la nuit, dont une fois par une femme qui hurlait sur son mari. L’ambiance hôtel formule 1 nous a fortement déplus pour une nuit à 135€. La chambre et la promiscuité avec les autres clients ne vaut pas 135€ et les 3 étoiles de l’hôtel.

Great central position near the lake, clean and modern room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again happily.

Très bon hôtel, chambre confortable, literie, impeccable, mobilier avec un large rangement et penderie. Salle de bain avec douche refaite à neuf, très propre. Mise à disposition d’un nécessaire à thé, tisane avec bouilloire. Bel emplacement, proche centre ville et Palais Lumière et juste en face de l’embarcadère du lac Leman. Personnel d’accueil très agréable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse, la bienveillance et la chaleur de chacun des membres de l'équipe. Notre loulou Charly a aussi été adorablement bien reçu, ce qui compte beaucoup pour nous. Merci encore à tous, notre début de road trip à très bien commencé.

Vue superbe sur le lac, accueil chaleureux et familial, personnel sympathique. le restaurant italien est très agréable et les plats sont excellents et copieux. De plus l'hôtel est situé à 50m de l'embarcadère pour une visite à Lausanne.

Excellent emplacement. Accueil parfait, chambre correcte.
